I have spent a lot of money on this site and never have gotten a real psychic. They make it all
Up and are wrong all the time. They then take your money and hang up on you when they are wrong and the site still charges me the customer. Keen also expects for you to pay more money for an arranged call if someone gives you a free minute. That should not be the expectation. They also give very little reward and o free credits.

I was seeking help regarding my love relationship. A couple of people were spot in and told me it wasn't going to work right from day one. Some gave false hope even when I kind of knew that it was going nowhere. I have had to sift through but now know whom to connect with. Some charge totally unreasonable rates and I will never approach those folks. I enjoy thr 10 dollar credits…. Thats a smart way for Keen to get customers addicted!

They scammed out of all my money i literally got charged many times for something i didn't approve of they cost me my job relationships,and everything else they take advantage of depressed people with anxiety or people suffering with mental health issues

I have found many great advisors but there are two advisers that are so accurate down to a persons name. I feel very confident using this site and in these advisers. Customer Service is excellent as well

My advisor has always been accurate and it's been soothing to my nervous system. It's always been 100% worth the price!

My experience was a negative one as the reader had problems hearing and seemed to be frustrated - she is direct which is good but it felt dismissive and non-supportive. I've talked to her before and like her, which is why I chose her but won't again. When someone is in a bad place enough to call a psychic they need a little more support. It's the delivery that is just as important as the content.

It took me a while to find the "sign in" button. It wasn't easy to navigate and find since the changes that were made to the website.

The people are great but mainly it's if you're lonely and need someone to talk to.

Not one of the advisors has been accurate on any of my predictions.

These psychic reading can become an addiction. I was in love so I just needed to know when would things change. Things shift everyday a person actions can change you reading overnight. Your actions can change the reading. The future is never set in stone. If you can wait and let everything balance itself out it will. But overall Keen was helpful and expensive. Could have saved a lot of money and time by just praying for a better outcome. The Psychics do have insight on a persons emotions, thoughts, etc. but a lot of the time you actions determine the outcome.

Sometimes the physics confuse me with their answers

About 10% of the psychics on this site will tell you fairytales or so far fetch, I just started to Hangup or log off from them. The few that are good will not charge a lot per minute and have the feedback to back them up but you also have to search for a while to find one of these psychics

It is so sad and disappointing what I have been told by some of the psychics. I don't understand why someone would even say that to me. I mean I could understand if the advisor was truly a psychic and that is really what they picked up on and saw happening for me - but they were NOT psychic. Some of them have said things that hurt me soo bad and made me cry. If only I knew back then that they were completely full of sh--. I should have honestly just went with my own gut feeling and intuition because I was right! Only two of the psychics were correct.

There are so many advisors with profiles that are CLEARLY scammers. You can tell by their profile picture! Seriously. If it looks like a professional headshot, it's more than likely a stock photo. Lol, I tested my theory one time and reverse searched and the "psychics" profile photo was on shutter stock and tons of other websites. I mean i get it, its one thing if you don't want to show your face. But don't show someone else's face AND make your headline so obvious that you barely no English! Come on keen. I know an amazing psychic who wanted to get on keen for over a year or so and can't because they are not accepting applications and (choose to) have thousands of frauds and scamming a-- liars representing them instead.

Annie Heaven and Momma Judy - by the way. Those are the only psychics that I have read with. Annie Heaven absolutely blew me out of the water, and I am so glad I got to read with her. Momma Judy and I didn't get to talk long but she was right about what she was saying and it was stuff she could not have just pulled out of her a-- or known any other way!
I found Annie Heaven by reading someone else's reviews one day on ThePsychicReviews. And i am so thankful that person left that review because I would have never known to read with her! Hopefully someone reading this sees my review and can appreciate me for it!

I talked to Spirit Journey for about 5 minutes. I set up an account and took advantage of the 10 minutes for $1.99. Of course I did not give too much information away; I wanted to know if they can feel what it is I am in need of answers to. She was completely off, inaccurate. She advised me to "downsize" on my home/expenditures. I told her I have not problems financially. I told her I called about my relationship that was weighing so heavy on my heart. She sounded sedated, had slurred speech, sounded like she just woke up, or was high. I can't help think these are just people who are working at a "call center", with no psychic ability at all.

I used this website for the first time today, and when I was connected with one of their "top advisors," I had such an unpleasant experience. She had a very harsh tone with me the entire time and basically raised her voice throughout. I was only looking for guidance on a situation, and she definitely could have handled that way better. This isn't a fact of "not wanting to hear the truth," but it's more, she didnt let me speak at all, kept rudely interrupting me, and wasn't fully accurate in her information. I will not name names, because people have their bad days, but oh my goodness. I truly hope no one speaks to her while they are in such a vulnerable state of mind. Due to that experience alone, I would recommend anyone searching for advice to go to Kasamba instead.
