Scam. I wish I did more research before making a $1000 purchase. They actually misrepresented that my purchase had shipped, even supplying a tracking number. And when I inquired about the bogus tracking number, they responded that Dreamliner [the manufacturer] was behind and had t shipped anything. When I requested a refund and cancellation, they refused to do it unless the manufacturer "approved" it, and surprise it wouldn't because it was in the process of shipment.

Customer service was horrific. Do not under any circumstances do business with the "company"which is nothing but a middleman and does a horrible job at that.

I bought a $550 glass shower door (completely unopened) that I had to return due to changes during the reno and the doors no longer fitting. To return this item, I had to find/se my own carrier - calling various places and finding out it was going to cost over $300 to return, plus another $100+ restocking fee and other various costs. I would've gotten back $100 at best. I ended up being lucky enough to sell it on Craigslist for about half what I paid, but getting back more than if I had returned it to KBA.

What a horrible experience. KBA should at least provide a return label at the discounted rates they get on their own account, with the same carrier they used.

I bought from them due to initial savings on shipping costs but this was a moot point when I had to return it. I should've just paid the $60 delivery cost from Home Depot, and would've been able to return it to HD without any issues.

Buying from this place is absolutely not worth it. I regret it and will never buy from them again.

Customer service was lacking resolution. Sure, they picked up the phone every time, but I would get transferred about two times until I got to the correct department. No one really owned the "account". The parts arrived 5 weeks later! And there was a part that was "missing"... I didn't know it was sold separately, but it was a vital part. That delayed us further. I emailed photos with my notes on them where the hose should be attached to and they sent me a parts diagram of another piece. If they're the bathroom authority, they should know these things.
