My sink came broken in a pieces but i don't have access to the house because my client lives in Orange County. So I reported it the very next day but i wasn't aware of of yhe return poilicy about 48 hours and now I cant get ahold of manager to try an and get a replacement sink...I so not want a refund just a new sink
Recently purchased The Splash ShowerSpa' shower system from Kitchen & Bath Authority. It looks too stylish and is specifically designed for easy installation, and simple functionality just like I wanted. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product. 5 stars!

I ordered a bathroom vanity that was advertised online for $595 (and in stock) with no tax & free shipping. The next day, I received an email from KB Authority stating that the item was not in stock and that it would be 12-16 weeks for delivery. They said that if I paid another $129, they'd be able to get it quicker from another warehouse. When I did a little research, I found out that it's exactly $129 for the supplier to ship directly to me. So KB Authority basically is trying to charge me a shipping fee. When I spoke to KB Authority, they refused to honor my original pricing and said the only way I could get the vanity in a reasonable time was to pay $129.
As a designer that supplies product to my clients, I could never dream of doing this to a customer. It's my responsibility to get the job done for the price I give them, not hit them up later for more money because I made a mistake. Shame on KB Authority for not being willing to take a hit to make the customer happy.
Shopping was easy and shipping was fast. My only "complaint" is that the shipping confirmation indicated all 4 pieces were shipped together; however, when I received the shipment, the most expensive item ($1,500+) wasn't included. When I called customer service, they quickly advised me that the item was shipped separately and was out for delivery that day and gave me the tracking #.

Very helpful customer service when I spoke to them on the phone to verify availability etc. Great people to work with. Excellent communication and availability throughout including confirming order arrival. I had a great experience as a result of their customer service which was incredible. Combine that with their excellent pricing, and I will definitely check with kbauthority if I do decide to update the bathroom next.
A couple of days back I ordered a food waste disposer from Kitchen & Bath Authority which I received today. The quality of the disposer is really amazing and its functioning is also very good I am really very satisfied with the product and looking forward to buy some more items from this company soon. 5 stars!
I ordered an item from the website after confirming with a sales associate that the item was in stock and ready to ship. After processing payment, 7 days passed and I received no notification that the item had shipped. I called customer service and was notified that it was on back order. At that time I cancelled the order. 11 days later I checked my credit card and found that I had not been credited for the $2,283.75 I had been charged. I called in and spoke with a customer service rep who stated my card would be credited within 48 hours. 48 hours later, my card had not been credited, so I called customer service and an agent told me it would be credited by Monday or Tuesday (another 5 days later). Why this company struggles with providing a simple credit back when they fail to fulfill an order is beyond me. What mechanism they have in place that prevents their agents from completing a simple credit card transaction leaves me to question the ethics of this business, particularly in light of their misrepresenting the availability of stock from the get go. As I write this, the issue remains unresolved, as I have been on hold with KB Authority for the last 10 minutes listening to hold music.
Nick was very responsive. The first time I placed the order, he informed me that it is on back order with manufacturer but can get me one from another warehouse for $155 more. I declined and went to two other sites. Turned out they all cancelled my order without proactive communication and wasted weeks of my time. I came back to Nick and he got the order processed quickly and delivered on time. Much better service but worth the price
Excellent sales people
Excellent experience from beginning to end. My chat agent was helpful and followed up on my order when I had to put a hold on the purchase and forgot to release the hold. Thank you for a hassle free shopping experience.

Great prices on high quality items
There were so many options to choose from that it was a little daunting, plus, I'm extremely cautious in making my decisions; I want to select the perfect product that I'll be most happy with. I wish some of the reviews had been more specific to the items I was purchasing rather than the general shopping experience, BUT everyone starts out gathering info at some point.
