Great shopping experience
The tracking info given did not show as valid in the shipping companies system. Called Kbauthority about shipping status and she told me should would have to call the manufacturer of the product and that she would call me back later that day. She never called back. When product did arrive, the shipper had never called me to arrange shipping as stated in the delivery instructions from seller. Driver called me and said he was at the door. Luckily I was only 20 minutes away. Bad communication all around.

On Monday, chatted with Nick about delivery, and then, ordered two toilets. Toilets were delivered on Friday of that week. The toilets arrived via FedEx ground and packaging and toilets arrived in great shape.

Shopping experience is excellent. My only negative is that you have no customer service on weekends which is when a lot of people shop and have the the time to ask questions about your products.

18 inch towel bar was not available in timely manner. Ordered alternative Brizo hand towel holders that were promptly delivered. No shower door in either order.

I have been using Kitchen & Bath Authority site for buying kitchen and bathroom products form a long time and I am pleased to say that they have always provided me with the best quality products. Took a few days to get delivery info but help line was very helpful and received notification very soon after.
Two items ordered one has arrived called regarding the second order, back ordered until may. No notification regarding the back order. Disappointing.

The shopping experience was fine. The delivery is what ruined our experience. The delivery man said he wasn't supposed to help us move it into the garage. I guess he was supposed to leave it in the driveway? My 75 years old father and I are not equipped to be moving the 80'' vanity. We paid two neighbor boys to help as well as the delivery driver. Had I known this was the policy, I would have had people here to help beforehand.

I just had a really bad experience with KB Authority.
On 3/20/19 I ordered 2 each GN16-36C Franke Sink Grids EuroPro Coated from Demetri and was given the price $145.86 + $9.00 handling fee and my credit card was charged. On 3/21/19 Nick the sales manager contacted me and told me the product was discontinued, BUT for $30. More another warehouse could ship to me. I called Franke Mfg. And they told me the item was NOT discontinued. I contacted Nick and gave him the Franke phone # & told him the item had NOT been discontinued. He wrote back and told me he verified that the item had NOT been discontinued but they were out of stock. However, for $30 more another warehouse could ship. I replied that I would wait until they got more stock or HE could pay the $30 extra. Nick cancelled my order. BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT ORDER FROM KB Authority!
