Website description was accurate. Enclosure shipped by UPS in one week. Arrived in great condition and driver helped unload into the house. Very satisfied.
The product transit time was mediocre (nine days) but the price of the shower door was competitive.
The communication about the delivery was awful. I didn't know about the delivery until a call from the truck driver who was 20 minutes out. Fortunately I could step out of work to receive the order, but I could have easily been out of town.
Then that evening I get an email from KBauthority with my tracking #. That was useless. Also, it was hard to figure out how to track my shipment on RLcarriers.com. Why can't there be a link directly in the KBauthority email that takes you directly to the Tracking page for your order.

Making this purchase was a breeze with kbauthority.com. I had a few issues with shipping that were resolved relatively quickly with a quick call to customer service, who by the way answers the phone immediately! Overall great experience and I would certainly recommend them.
Received my vanity and mirrors today! The vanity was more elegant than the pics. Thanks to Joseph at the call center for answering all my concerns about the products. Thanks to the shipping department for the great care they took in wrapping and taping the vanity and mirrors to ensure a safe delivery. It was a great pleasure to work with a company that knows what Customer Service is Thank you too all involved in my order. Great job!

Not sure why but I keep receiving emails that my product is on the way. I've already received, you know about it because I had to return one item, I did send in the usps tracking number to you and haven't received verification that you've received.
