So far, so good. I did have to call customer service four days after my order because it still hadn't been processed yet. They followed through, and within three days my item was delivered

Finally found shower door we have been looking for.the shower doors are installed and look beautiful, we are very pleased and are very satisfied with your company. Thank you for great price and products.will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I ordered my product from the website and it was shipped right away.

I paid...then got an email saying it was out of stock. I called the factory direct and they had 2 in stock. Had to call Bath Authority to have them call factory to re order it because it WAS in stock. A huge hassle. I work a lot and don't have time for calling everyone to get my overprice expensive order. Bath Authority is higher priced than everyone else as well. Not happy about that but I had already paid for it.

This company is a fraud! They send damaged packages and don't allow you to return them. Be prepared lose time and money doing business with them.
You can get the same items with reputable companies like Lowes or Home Depot.

It's just a quick note to say that the bath vanity I bought last month is undoubtedly a reliable accessory which is 100% reliable as well. We all are very happy to get this.

Online extremely helpful to confirm the part I was ordering was correct.

I have not received the washlet but I did recieve the toilet and it was undamaged. It works great!
