This was an amazing experience that had a quick delivery time with a high quality product! I definitely plan on ordering another knife and will recommend this product to my friends.
I bought the Chuka Bocho Cleaver for my brother as he is a Chef. He loves it, and uses it for a lot of work he does. He likes it because he can chop and scoop ingredients with it quickly. So I decided to give the 7-Inch Santoku Knife a try and it works great for our home kitchen. I can put a good edge on it and it stays that way for a while. Great investment in my opinion.
