I ordered 14 bridesmaids custom made order with them. Order number #******* #******* #******* and #*******. For first its really hard for me to understand what to write on their note to seller box, i contact them thru email, i need to wait 1 day until they replied me back. I contacted them on Instagram they replied me that they based in jarkarta or somewhere in indonesia but they centre warehouse is in dubai. So Ok they replied late because time different. I can't believe the price i see. Deep down my inner peace is bothered me and think this is scam? I paid $68 for each dress and those 14 dresses is having complicated beads and i need to do some changes. I paid via paypal ( just like everyone else because I DOUBT THIS COMPANY at the first) later i received the package ( They took 9 days to make all 14 dresses and 7 days shipping, so in total like 2 weeks) later i received the package. My HEART IS SHAKING! Everything is JUST SOOO PRETTYYYYY! Thank you much kaftancittra. I heard some reviews that this company took long with shipping, but i know why now, these dresses i have is make my eyes opened. These dresses is like 100% handmade. So if anyone to order with them especially bridesmaids just give them 2 weeks space. I am trying to upload the dresses pics here but i have problem is always failed. I will tag this company on my wedding day! Thank you very much.

I bought the morelia dress for myself. It came like 9 days, i read the reviews and all suggest me to pay via paypal since this is my first purchase with them. They shipped from dubai ( i think) and to me ( Florida) it took 9 days. Which is Okay. They gave tracking number 5 days after i paid the dress, when the dress came, i opened the package with no intention it will be good ( i had crazy worst story with shopping online) and i really amazed with the dress. The beads, the material. Everything perfect! I remembered i told my friend on the phone about this company i was think why on their website they dont even edit the model picture? Sometimes i can see wrinkles on the dress or the models armpit not being edit or any other things. Now i know why, they really honest with their customer. Even what i got is way more beautiful if u see in person. I bought another dress with them for my daughter's prom. And once she sees the dress ( i surprised her) she hugged me tight and say thank you and she loved the dress so much. So i guess this is my most favorite online store. Why i gave 4 star and not 5? Because 1 thing. How i wish their shipping is more faster and both dresses ( mine and my daughter's dress) its too long. But other than that, we are happy and thank you so much. Will keep shopping with this company.

I bought my dress earlier for prom 2k19. I never read their reviews anywhere. Just youtube, i believe i clicked kaftancitra and shows some youtuber do the haul or GRWM video and wearing this company design. I told myself to try, why should i pay alot for only prom dress if i can get only with 80$ and the beads its all over my body! I cant believe what i see. After waiting 12 days, i got my dress! I will rock prom 2k19 and look like a Queen on it. Okurrrrrrrrrr thank youuuu. And if anyone asked me what the cons about this company is only the dress too long, i am a plus size i wore 3X and my height 5'9 but its still way too long but the fit is really great cos their dress stretchy & i am honestly really happy with my dress.

I order midi length dress with them and asking customize. I was very suspicious at the first, i paid them with paypal so if they mess with me i will just dispute and claim. After 1 week they contact me and said the dress done. And they shipped to me, all process until i got my dress is 18 days because i asked complicated custom i guess. I am waiting my dress to come, with only 1 week to make the dress i think this dress will totally a mess or bad. But when i unpack my order. Ok, what a surprise! Its very beautiful! Its just like balmain dress but i paid less than 100$. Were balmain will cost like alot. I love this company so much. The reason why i put 4 star and not 5 is because they dont ship to po box address so Ups yeah they using ups, the courier calling me and asking my address and not the po box. I love my dress from this company, my boo tell me that i am very sexy on it.

Order number #*******, #******* and #******* i bought in total 15 dresses for christmas this year! They took 1 day to reply my email, not sure where they based, but they gave me aramex tracking number and once i search, its based in Dubai. I kept my eyes on the tracking like almost everyday. THANK YOU GOD! It came today! GOD GOOOOOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Actually me and all of my family member i am sure will love these dresses like sooo much. The Beads is heavy, the material not too thick and also not too thin, it is just right. Their shipping is not express but it is not bad at all. From dubai to here, i am based in Florida. And it took in total 13 days only. Thank you so much, i will def sent the pictures of me and my family wearing these dresses. I wish i can get repost on their instagram. Lol! And i tried wine velvet dress i bought from them and tried to upload pic here i wish people can see how gorg my dress! I am sooo happy. I am actually dancing while write this reviews!

All i want to say, i am so nervous to see their reviews here, i kept checking their reviews everywhere. One of my friend said that they been invited to new york fashion week 2017 and the video on youtube. I was think, ok is this real legit? I checked youtube and yeah the video is there. I kept watch their fashion show video like 15 times on repeat Lol. I check the other youtuber reviews. Some says their dresses best in quality other said the shipping take like almost 2 weeks. I finally take the chance, i ordered 4 dresses and they have black friday sale like every other store. Tbh i am surprised. I bought fashionnova same time i bought with this company. My package from FN took in total 3 weeks to come and this company took only 9 days! And i can say the quality is amazing! Only Lol the dresses abit too long for me and my friends. But we are so ready to slay New year with these dresses we have. Thank you kaftrancitra! We will order again for Prom2k19! And anyway is it anyone can answer me, is it the owner is black? No negativity or being racist. The way the admin answered the way all the team replied my email made me think this company is black owned company which is make me happy *peace

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND A SCAM. I would give a 0 (zero) for ratings but it's not an option. I ordered a dress from here that never came and was told that once it came if I wasn't satisfied I could return and get my 100% refund. To my surprise the dress never came since I ordered it in May 2018 it is now December 2018 I emailed the first time and the owner was rude and told me I would not get a refund because it's a custom order and I already ordered it. When I copied and pasted his own return policy to him about returning if needed to return he never responded and no longer responded after that until today. I spent $90.88 on this site please don't make the same mistake that I did make to order from this company, the owner is a big big liar it's like they never existed no one responds for an issue. The other good reviews here must be some made up people giving a review so it can look like it's legit but it's not I got SCAMMED OFF MY hard earned MONEY.

How do i start the review? I am so happy with their quality and service! We ( my ladies and i) very sceptical the first we found their IG. It was at first posted on weddingdigest on Instagram. We check every review, they gave hashtag for their customer review. We tought hmmm it might be fake review but than we wonder they really tagged every client who gave them review. We tried to follow some of their client and send DM ( actually one of my bestie doing this for me) and what we got as summary of their products: they based overseas so the package will not get ship very fast ( we based in atlanta, GA) they really make their own dresses aka handmade things ( we do believe this whole company owned by black girls LOL which is we are very happy!) why i am saying so? Because their CS their admin the way they reply text. Hahaha when you are black you just knew the clue hunny! And 5 client my bestie sent dm all of them saying the CS will take like 1 day to get back to you. They reply text via phone and also fast to reply email but they rare response whatsapp. DO NOT ORDER if you have event only in 1 week or 2 week. Give them space like 3 week or 1 month. Give them complete address and your post/zip code area ( one of their client say that she got her dress after like 1.5 months because she gave wrong apartment number and the package back to this company and they have to reship) so after get all those info we order our dresses. We are very nervous. And YEAH we got our 14 dresses in total 3 weeks! The dresses look amazing like really AMAZING! My mom even say: these dresses look like the price should cost 100 - 150$ each with that beautiful beads. But it just cost us like 65$/dress! What a very affordable price and beautiful details! Thank you thank you.

Ok lemme tell you a very honest review about this company. My order is #******* for 12 bridesmaids dresses i paid them like since feb 10th and yeah they said that their processing plus shipping time is 8 - 10 business days. But its more than that i got my dresses in like 17 days in total! Dunno why that long. Maybe becos i order like too much dresses in 1 order? Same like other ladies voice here. I Paid them with Paypal! Less worry! Less stress! I can dispute whenever i feel somethin not going right. But yes after 17 days i got all the dresses and I AM SOOOOO SERIOUSLY SHOCKED! Its all beautiful! And Ok before them i want to try another vendor and that vendor charge me like 155$/dress with all the custom i want. And this company charge me like only 70$/dress for like many many request i need! They even have dress that have beautiful beads and only cost like 60$! I didnt get where this company get profit. I thank god i choose them. But YES I DONT LIKE WHY THE SHIPPING TAKES LONG. But since they based overseas its all good! And also their customer service is good. They never reply in time but always reply not more than 24 hrs. Note: if your event is 1 week away dont order with them. Give more space like 2 or 3 weeks before your event! And i order my vacation dress also from them and OHMYGOSH its totally Slaaaaaay booo! Ok so kaftancitra i LOVE ur dresses. Your quality. Your customer service. Your model ( LOL SHE LOOKS AMAZING!) But dont really like your shipping time.

I ordered from them for an event. Me and my ladies paid for 8pcs kaftans, they offer FREE shipping for up to 3pcs order. Which is was OK. We are very nervous since they based in Dubai, and we based in the states. The CS very nice even they replied late, maybe because the time difference but they do replied. We are very nervous about quality. Waiting like 10 - 11 days to get my package made my day even very stress. I am really scared when i got the package and quality not ok and ive to return and not enought time etc etc. But after i got my package, i am very happy! Also the ladies! The beads very beautiful, its very unique! Material is thick and nice. The only problem when ordering something from them is only shipping, we not sure where they based but if order with them dont wish u will get ur package in a week. It always like 10 - 12 days. But since quality very nice, and material very good. Its all worth the wait. Thanks

I would say the quality of the dress I ordered was ok however it is extremely too big. I ordered it for an event but it do not look like ill wear it ever. Its very unfortunate though, I only order from website that I could exchange or get a full refund. That's what this website stated or I would not have bothered. I've had my dress for 5 days now and cannot get in touch with no one. I've emailed several times and never a response. I do not like ordering from websites if I cannot contact this person. Buyer be aware if you need to exchange or refund it will never happen. No one responds or even acknowledge your call/email. I cannot believe it this dress cost me$65 plus an additional 25. Invoice # *******. Money just went down the drain because I cannot even wear it. SMDH

I bought my dresses with them and it came like 2 weeks, i called their CS and was asking why take it sooo long! I was so angry! And almost call my paypal to do the dispute. But than its true it came like 2 weeks in total start from when i order. And their CS very nice! I really love my dresses! The quality is very good. Their price is very affordable and i bought 3 Dresses and its FREE shipping! Only my suggest is if u want to wear to the event make sure u order ur dress 2 weeks before so it will come in time. Now me and my family plan to order again with them cos their quality is the best!

Trust me LOL i am soooo nervous when ordering with them for the very first time! But hell yeah! They accept paypal so Y not!? Haha. My mom kept talking about them and also my sister! But never try to buy cos honestly we scared to buy any instagram boutique! I followed them on IG for few years now. And looking at their reviews. I told myself why not i try than? This Company is really crazy! My friend in NY attended their NYFW show and they said the show was sold out and the collections amazing. I wanted to try their kaftan to see the quality. I use paypal so i knew my purchase will be secure, and they do accept paypal! Great! Cos before i bought thru amaz** and ali**** i believe some chinese tried to copy their design& sell it cheap and the quality for the chinese one sooo bad! Thats why i was sooo skeptic and realllyyy when i received my purchase with this company... surprise i am sooooo happyyyy their quality is very good! Now i know why this company get choosed to held their NYFW and receive so many 5 stars review on FB! Its because their Quality is amazing! And their price totally affordable! Will never buy kaftan with other online store now, i really love Kaftancitra!
