This site is a fraud! They'll take your money and then take months to ship your item while deactivating their email so you cannot contact them. Then they expect you to ship the items back to them and pay for the shipping in order to receive a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered 2 dresses back in February for a wedding in April 2025. My package 📦 was shipped to my billing address with my shipping State and zip code. I've called sent several emails to alert them of their mistake. But to No avail. I've been ordering from KaftanCitra since 2016. Never had this issue

I placed an order with this Company for two dresses one navy blue, one white I received them the navy blue was perfect the white dress, however had black stains on it, and was dingy. It didn't even look white. I contacted them them that same day that the dresses were delivered they said that DHL damaged it and they would give me back my refund of $60. Well it's been a month and I have not gotten my $60 back. I have been in constant contact with them via email. I've tried calling through ‎WhatsApp they do not return phone calls they do not answer their phone. They do not return the email after they promised me a $60 credit. I've stopped hearing from them. They have ceased all communication from me. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau and see what could be done. I understand it's $60 but $60 is a lot to me it's not about the money it's the principle.

I purchased 4 pairs of mommy and me dresses and they came like in 1 week only. I do asked the CS by email why they had some negative reviews here and what the cs answered is shocking, some of the buyers gave PO BOX address which were they mention clear they can not ship to PO BOX and some package takes super long due to that reasons. I gave my physical address and they shipped with FEDEX EXPRESS and give me tracking via email, i got it fast fast. I loveeeed my dresses and also my daughter dresses looks cute! Pros: the beaded very unique. The color are nice. The quality great in person. The shipping is very fast and their CS great. Cons: they rarely have new arrivals. Some dress length are abit too long. Am so so happy with my orders! Thank youu will for sure buy more!

Don not buy from this place! This place never sent my order! They said it's because of Covid they were backed up! It's been almost two years! Spend your money on a place where you will get your order!

I've called, written emails, inbox on Instagram. Not one reply, no dress, no refund. It's been 4 months now.

I ADORE MY WEDDING DRESS AND MY BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW EVER i am so happy that finally i want to write review, i've attach pictures on how good the dresses looks on my wedding day! I agreed the Customer service need to be better! I mean yes this company should hire more good people to be their CS. I need 4 days waiting until someone back to me. I ordered 11 dresses in total and i got it like in total 2 weeks and half. Their price AMAZING. So affordable for this such good quality. Shipping time abit sucks! I think DHL made it, i wish they use FED EX. TRue to size. Some of dress too long but it was ok we got covered with the heels. The only way to contact them via their EMAIL address listed on their instagram! I saw some mixed review here but i guess i will give it a try and it works for me. I cant believe myself when i saw the dresses, i'll buy some more but this company CS need to be better next time and i wish to get the package faster next time please. People who want to buy dresses with this company need to order 2 or 3 weeks before the event ( i dont know maybe because i order alot so my package delays or?) the quality nice. I can't find any handmade dress good like this here, in LA somethin like this will cost me $200 or $300 while i purchase my dress here $70 and cos i bought alot ( they have free shipping if buy 3 pcs and more) so i pay totally 0 in shipping. Please kaftancitra work better on ur Customer service and Shipping time!

Order# *******... I ordered my dress about a month and a half ago with no response. I have sent countless emails with no response and I will be contacting my banking institution to report them and get a refund for the item I never received. Do not order!

I placed an order on July 14th 2021 and paid through PayPal $90.26. I reached out to 2 different emails found in the Kaftancitra website and still have yet to receive a response. I sent a message on the website directly when the message box popped up thinking that surely I would get a response. Nothing. I clicked on the Instagram link and noticed that no comments are found under any of the pictures of the models wearing the dresses. ANY LEGITIMATE business is going to allow customers to comment and tell their experience. Period. Do Not waste your time or your money. I came to the realization that I will NEVER receive the dress I purchased or my money back. Count it as a loss sis! These people are scammers! The reviews on here telling people that they received anything are pure LIES. You will not find real time pictures of everyday women actually wearing these dresses. It's 2021. Promotion is everything! We have facebook, snapchat, and Instagram and no regular customers or people are showing off their dresses. These people won't even let people comment. Do not buy anything from this website. It's a Scam. Period. A real legit business is not going to pick and choose which customers to serve and which ones to scam. Those reviews are coerced. Save your money. Always do your research first! Let this review be the proof you need.

Placed an order for two dress and never received them. This a very special moment for me and now I have to find a replacement. Shame on you? Why you have so much talent and waste it on being dishonest. I think this is a china company. I will be calling my credit card company today. I have not received any response from this company. They post of Instagram but the block regular customers from commenting. They have their people post, don't fall for it.

Love everything from this black owned company! Got my package in total 12 days. Everything look so perfect, i bought in total 20 dresses for my bridesmaids, i can say quality is A++++. Will recommend this online store to everyone!

This black owned company is totally my favorite. Its started with my lil sis who bought her prom dress here 2 years ago and we really adore the style. This company can customize for free, i dont believe it at first but yes its totally free. Their shipping expensive if you buy only 1 item but if you buy 2 or 3 items its free. So i choosed to buy 3 items lol lol. I asked customize to all my dress and i get my package in 9 days. There some mess up with my package, i forgot to put my apartment number, i started email them angry but i realize i made the mistake, but the cs help me and she is very nice, the cs name who handle me, her name chikeye! Thanksss she is so nice. I adore the style i adore the quality and price is affordable. I upload the picture here, i wore one of dress for my maternity picture!

This store kaftancitra.com is either a SCAM or those modeling for them are. I made an online purchase from them that was never fulfilled. I sent multiple messages via the website, via direct email, and even called but never received my items. I eventually got my money back via PayPal after about two months of waiting to hear from them. Then they deleted my comment on IG. Do not believe the people modeling for them. I have no idea how they get the products, definitely not from the site. I notice someone selling their product for them on ETSY, for a monopolized price which I have no problem about. It's just misleading to advertise something and not deliver. I tried to attach a copy of my receipt here but it would not accept. I am one really hurt ex-customer.

I remembered 3 years ago for my wedding, me and my family also my bestie choosed this company for the bridesmaids dresses. They did awesome work! Only at that time i am a little upset because some of dresses came too long. Like if my girls even wear 5 inches heels still too long, i complain & shocked because when other company dont response to issue they response in less 5 hours to my email and they gave me $5/discount on each dress have issue with length. And 3 yrs later yes now 2020! I choosed them again for my babyshower dress! Which is i loveeeeeeeeeee. Size are best. Length also best. And my dress the color is white but is not at all transparant! And if 3 yrs ago they use totally slow shipping. But now they changed ( finally) they used DHL and i got my package only in 8 days! If any suggestion i should write for this company is please use many models on their website. So we can see these dresses in many different models no matter which shape we are! I attached my picture here when i wore my dress. Also this company is BLACK OWNED i am sure. *******% sure. I do my research. And that makes me confident to always shop with them!

I placed an order on july 18th. I sent messages from 18th to 29th on tracking info before i got a response from anyone. Timing of package was too long asked for a refund was told that it was processed on july 30th. August 5th asked for refund time line was not responded to until August 10th. Advised of 8 to 14 days. Contacted company on August 18th advised that it was not processed on the 30th of July but instead on the 10th of August. That it would the 25th at the latest counting only business days. No refund for the 25th also no response from anyone from company. It is August 26th still no response. I believe im getting the run around. No product.no service. No refund.
