I have event and my husband try to buy me designer dress. I think thats from costello or somethin' i cant remember. But its expensive its like $500. And i saw one influencer on IG wore this beautiful dress, i told my husband this is beautiful. And their price start from $50! Long long discuss with my husband he can't believe the price, Lol! But i bought it and surpriseeeee its delivered to me only in 1 week and I loveeeed it soooo much. I dont get it where they take their profit? I meant the dress is heavy, the beads on point. The quality nice. Omg. I will totally recommend this company!

When my husband saw some influencer wore this company designs, he right away sent me text for me to check out this website, i am suspicious why their price is affordable for such handmade dresses? And most of their dresses ready made? And if asking to customize they dont charge fee?! I am pretty confused. Is it legit or no? I checked their IG and so many reviews there! They repost some of their clients pic and when i checked the tagging pic its a real people, so i think i should give a chance then! My experience with them: they maybe based in Dubai or so, so their cs replied my questions abit late ( 5 hrs or so) but they are really nice, same with the others review i am sure this company is black owned lol ( ok but this out of topic) and the most important i got my dress in total 9 days! Thats fast! And i ordered white dress and it come with lining on it, so not transparant at all! The beads very unique and super nice, my mom, my sis and everyone thought my dress should came from LA and big designer, i laugh and say yes lol lol! In fact i got this dress only $90 & most of their dresses cost $60 - $70 on website! Very recommended! Thank youuu ( for those who want to check my pic i uploaded wish everyone can see! :D )

My Kaftan Cita birthday dress arrived in the mail today and let me say I'm speechless! The dress fits perfectly I had some bad experiences ordering dresses online but this place is by far the best! Thank you guys

I got my package today and what can i say is everything sooooo perfect! The only problem i have is i am 5'6 and the dress like super longgggg, but thats fine its still pretty tho! I will wear this for my event and i am pretty sure everyone will staring at me, my best friend asked me where i got my dress but i will not tell anyone about it, lols :D. thank you! Package came in 9 or 10 days i forgot via dhl. I will purchase more thx youu

I dont know how to describe my feeling rn. This dresses actually wore by many of my friends already, but never think to purchase one yet. Until, we should arrange mom party last month and my mom want something unique, and every family member should wear at least same design but different color. I remember this company! When i tell my aunty she checking the page and web right away and we fell in love! Price super affordable, free shipping to US! Its good to be true. We ordered in total 8 dresses. And we got in like 10 days. Same like everyone else we really wish this company have express shipping, but they based overseas. So 10 days still fast! They gave tracking and when i track it was said came from dubai? I confused! Cos really i was tought this is truly black owned company since their model, their ads all over IG always beautiful black girls! But it doesnt matter! We love the dresses so much. We will tag their Instagram the pictures once it done for editing. Will purchase more this coming christmas for sure!

I ordered a dress 28 days ago, and it still has not come! They charged my account the day I placed an order and I've constantly been trying to contact them but they are not answering. I am so disappointed, I really hope I'm not getting scammed... I am from the USA, Pennsylvania and I asked for a few alterations so I expect it to take a bit longer, but no contact to me? It seems really sketchy. I am trying to stay hopeful but I think I should just give up and call it what it is: a scam.

I bought aliyah jumpsuit here and i got in total 8 days. While my friend bought matilda dress and got it in like 2 weeks. I reached them and ask what happend. They said, its because my friend wrote the address not complete ( no apt number and always cant be reach) while i wrote everything complete. I guess they based overseas so when order with them need to be detail with address. I love my jumpsuit! Its totally made my day by anyone stop to only ask me where i got my cape jumpsuit. Everyone looking at me at the party! I will buy more! Check out my pictures everyone! Lol!

My friends ordered their dresses alot here. I checked their website and i was there like 1 hour, so confused. All of them are amazing! I can't believe the price also! To change color and custom they even charge 0$ or totally free? I ordered solange and asked to change color to light purple. And they got it right. Thank you so much! I placed an order #******* in March 2019 for my baby's christening which cost US $97 including shipping. I contacted customer service to expedite the shipping which I was ready to pay the extra cost but the CS said it was not going to be possible. I waited for my order which was supposed to be within 2 weeks from the day I placed the order, till this day (July 2019) as I write this review it's still not delivered. I have contacted CS via email, text, WhatsApp, etc. Multiple times but I have still not received my refund. The CS responded via email stating that the refund will be in 10-12 days time but it's been 3 months now no refund yet and no package yet. They have refused to respond to my emails since the last email stating my refund was going to be in 10-12 days.
What kind of Customer service is this? Please Beware of kaftancitra.com site. They are FRAUDSTERS! And SCAMMERS! They will take your money in a HEART BEAT! I am not done with you guys yet. I will let the whole world know who you are and what you put your customers through. SCAMMERS!
