AMAZING customer service by Jared today! He stayed with me on the phone for 30 minutes working to resolve the situation. I was afraid that he would just say "I can't do anything for you" like most customer service agents that operate based on a script. Instead, he was patient and worked diligently to help me resolve my need, evenly escalating it to management for me. As a business owner, I know how important customer service is. Kabbage, you've done a great job; Jared is a terrific asset to the organization.

Kabbage has sent us unsolicited mail and emails following up on their unsolicited mail for the past couple years now. We've tried unsubscribing but we keep receiving correspondence. Our experience has been they have not respected our request to stop contacting us so we are sharing our experience. We will not use Kabbage or consider them in the future based off our experience with them.

My request was fairly simple and Jeff was able to handle it in a pinch! I have 3 accounts linked, but the main account that I make deposits and withdrawals from was not the primary account linked to Kabbage.

I am on my 2nd loan with Kabbage. Was hoping to discuss higher credit line for a future loan, as well as possible lower interest. Unfortunately everything is computer and no personal input. Overall, I do like Kabbage, though.

My company decided to apply for a Kabbage loan a little over a year ago and was accepted for a reasonable line of credit. At first, I was concerned about the high interest and fee structure until I realized we are starting to reach our new goals with changing the direction of growth. The use of this line of credit will ultimately be the reason our new growth and profit percentages will be significantly higher.
I've read a few negative Customer Service related comments. I'd like to say that maybe the whole story isn't being told. My experience over this last year, dealing with Kabbage's Cusomer Service personnel, is that they have been more than courteous, extremely professional, responsive, interested in my progress and have offered, at times, discounts to the payback.
All in all... we all know what we are getting into when we apply for a loan or line of credit. Kabbage worked/works for me and I very much appreciate the easy to understand and use web page.

Kabbage claims they are "supporting" everyone in regions impacted by Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Instead, they have chosen to all but eliminate the credit lines of business owners in these regions. Their actions as a company speak so much louder than their words.
As Kabbage customer for over two years, I have a solid payment track record and millions in revenue. I'm shocked at their decision to virtually eliminate my line of credit.
These regional decisions were made without reviewing ANY financial information. My businesses were closed for two days, didn't sustain any damage and the only significant issue we had to work around was loss of internet service. This impact is comparable to a snow storm in the north during the winter. According to the manager I spoke with they are NOT adjusting credit lines on a case by case basis as they've publicly stated.

My company applied for a line of credit a few years ago with Kabbage so that we could have access to capital and scale. I had a question about our line and Jared was knowledgable and patient! Some of the other reps, like Trevor, don't care at all. I'm glad that after the rain, Jared was our rainbow.

Due to emergency/ unforeseen circumstances, my biz had to close for 6 weeks right after we secured our loan. We're back open and paying the loan back, just a bit slower than anticipated because of the close. I asked for small extension/ higher pay back rate based on circumstances (which I proved to be true), but I'm told it cannot be changed at all, and that its all automatic. Trying to work out a reasonable solution to make payments asap, but getting no help from CS. When I ask to speak with a Sup I am told "they are in a meeting"- 4 times now.

Answer: I definitely would not recommend Kabbage to anyone, but especially to someone starting a new business. The interest and fees will kill your new business before you've even had a chance to get it started. I own a small business (2 employees, $200K in annual sales) that is over 15 years old, and the Kabbage loan I took out for $25K for an expansion nearly bankrupted my business. There are better ways to find funding for a new business - grants are out there for women who want to start a business, you can try your luck at crowdfunding (look at Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Rocket Hub, Crowdrise, Angellist, Quirky, and others), approach local friends or family members who would like to invest in your business (you can use ZimpleMoney, com to keep track of their loan payments). Kabbage is a stupid and dangerous way to start up a business. Only a complete idiot would do that.

Interest isn't charged on the loan balance, and a customer can pay a loan back early and save on future fees. Answer: Hi Jessica, you can go on their site and enter the amount you want to "borrow" and Kabbage will give you this information up front before you agree to receiving the cash. I borrowed $21,000 and paid nearly $8,000 in interest and fees. It HURT my business, very much! I strongly encourage you to try other companies or look to local lending networks or a local bank.
Answer: It's based on them having access to your bank account through you online banking. You need to provide your institution and password so they have full access to your account. They are not trustworthy. Do not allow them access to that information.
