I had a 'ghost' payment that had hadn't posted to my account & was worried that I would default. I spoke with Arch & Zelenka (and another rep, I am sorry, but I cannot remember her name) over the three anxious days. Everyone was helpful and they even pushed back the due date of my loan a few days to ease my mind until the 'ghost' showed up. They have a team of Rock Stars working customer service! Thanks, Shonn

Fast and Easy

Jared at Kabbage was extremely helpful in helping me get working capital for my business. The process was easy and I got funding within a day after being approved. I've read other reviews before applying and although their were some skeptics and truth to some degree, I'd simply recommend you read your contract before signing up. Know what you're signing and understand if you're able or unable to fulfill the obligation. Overall, I had a excellent experience with Kabbage.

As a new customer with Kabbage, I had a few questions and issues with the overall process, primary/secondary accounts and so forth, shortly after receiving approval.

When I spoke with Anna during my first call, it was obvious that she works with each client personally and takes ownership to resolve the issue completely.

In my case, she went out of her way to speak with the operations staff about my issue, communicated with me about what needed to happen and set realistic expectations about timing for resolution. When it was resolved, she made sure that all was in order and that I was all set to use the account.

Anna's just taken the same personal approach in resolving a more recent issue, so it's obvious that she truly "gets it" and does what it takes to address all client concerns.

Anna is an exceptional client service representative - five stars from me!
