Very easy to navigate the flowers were sent to an out of town relative, the photos upon receipt showed a very nice arrangement.
The shopping experience is excellent - quick, easy, and efficient with a great selection but your delivery service is awful. This is their last chance to just deliver the flowers whether we are home or not. They constantly look for a reason to not deliver the flowers..
I'm normally very satisfied with Just Flowers. But for whatever reason, this order took longer than expected to be delivered. I was disappointed about that.

This website is very difficult to use. It took me a really long time to place the order because it was not straightforward. Then. I had to pay too much for delivery after I had already paid for the bouquet. I will just use a local florist from now on. Dealing with your company was awful.
I asked for a specific day to be delivered, it didn't happen. When I talked with representative I asked for a Wednesday delivery as the recipient was not working the next day. Oh no, they delivered when she wasn't working. It was not the surprise that I wanted to give to her. The flowers that were delivered were pretty though.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
