I had ordered flowers, balloons and a bear for a get well gift. I decided to review after the fact and I seen several very bad reviews. I was extremely worried I had just thrown my money away. I would like to say that they did a great job with my order. They were delivered on time and everything was as I requested. My experience was very good here in Spokane Wa. I would order again from this company and I am super picky about how things are done.

TERRIBLE! I ordered them for delivery on the same day, Saturday January 4th, and they weren't delivered until Tuesday the 7th. Asked about getting the expedited delivery fee refunded, was told that 5hat would happen, but as of today it hasn't!
I will never use you service again.
I think I should get the entire price I paid refunded to the appropriate card I used.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
