Ordered gift box on 9 Apr 2020 to be delivered on 11 Apr 2020. Checked on 11 Apt at 1pm, rep told me order # ******* was being delivered by 4pm. And a email was sent with tracking number. Neither happened. After 8pm only get a recording. Would not do business with them again and would not recommend then. Ron Hebert

Our daughter is Edmonds-based. We ordered the flowers ahead of time and then she didn't receive them on her birthday as requested! So frustrating.

Picking what i want and ordering was good but as far as timely delivery and communication with the customer service was horrible... They advertised a a same day delivery it wasn't i left my name and number for if any reason it couldn't b delivered on the date i asked they never contacted me i was the one reaching out to them... I think my order made it 2 days later then it was supposed to... Bad experience with delivery and communication...
This order was a test for valentines day and just because. It was great. Unfortunately, the valentines day order the following week was not delivered.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
