I ordered flowers from this company and the arrangement sent was ugly and looked as if a 5 year old put it together. It looked nothing like the item that I ordered. When I contacted the company's customer service the agent said she couldn't see anything wrong with the arrangement. The compensation they offered me was initially $10 off my next order. What a joke, then after I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint they offered a $15 refund which I refused to accept. Eventually they offered a $30.00 refund. The arrangement cost $99 with delivery (and a coupon). Due to the embarrassment, frustration and anger that they have caused me, I want a full refund.
I hope this works.
Some of the flowers never opened & quite a few withered & died 3 days after receiving them.

10/21/20----you will see based on the note above, I asked to have a picture of the finished product prior to delivery---this did NOT happen. The quality was subpar and I was embarrassed after seeing the arrangement at my friends house. Paid way tooo much for the quality. It will be very difficult for me to use your services again and or recommend to a friend. First Impression is huge in my world. I do want to thank you for following up. Sincerely--Joe Cunius
