Flowers due for a funeral never made it. Amazingly, they wanted to deliver them the next day, maybe before the church service and bill me. The manager was worse than the "customer service" reps. I would black list this site.
Not a happy experience at all... the ad had said 7 days a week... and if ordered before 11 am they would be delivered that DAY... the time stamped was 10 59 (I ordered online) when I called to see why they WERE NOT DELIVERED., she said it had been too late to process... it was before 11! They were going to the hospital & I wanted them there that day, otherwise I would have used another florist, the false advertising and not willing to help absolutely made a sad bad experience worst. I had used your florist because the ad said it was right there in Sarasota, close to the hospital, same day delivery, all false. I spent way too much money for nothing but a sad ending.
The flowers looked beautiful and they were so fresh, they lasted for over 10 days.
