The last order had all sorts of delivery issues but when the flowers were finally delivered, they were amazing. The staff members were always very professional and kind when I called and called regarding the delivery issue.

I thought I had ordered the same arrangement, on a different site, last night. This morning they sent an email that they would refund my money and not deliver the flowers. I really hope this site is able to find a local florist to send the flowers.
I never saw the finished product but the daughter of the deceased said it was beautiful. A very important thing for me was that it arrive on time. I was given very short notice and therefore I could only give the florist short notice. They came through for me and I am grateful.
