She loved the basket
Not only did my flowers not get delivered, but they called me to tell me that for the area of delivery in Kelowna it cost more money so that's why they couldn't process it. The story changed with each representative I talked to. Then when I asked for my refund they offered $5, then $10, finally $15 off my purchase and they would send them on Monday. I had to yell at the manager finally to say NO MORE OFFERS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Your arrangement became the dinner table centerpiece when my sister-in-law and brother-in-law entertained the President of Rwanda for dinner in their home! It was a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. She was thrilled. The pic she sent was beautiful.
