Did not deliver the flowers on date requested. Today, the day after, they are asking for an additional $15. The 800 number they left on my messages is a FAX machine!
The people down at BCA were able to guide me in the right direction when i expressed my poor experience ordering flowers online. This company by far the worst, my husband ordered flowers from them on valentine day, and he specifically ask them if they can deliver on Valentine, otherwise he will find another florist, well no flowers for me, they didn't deliver, next morning my husband received a call from the local florist, that if we still want the flower to be deliver, my husband said, you guys supposed to deliver on Valentine day, that you guaranteed that it will arrive! So my husband hand me the phone, the florist told me that they were close on valentine day, that they are on the way to deliver my flower! That they want to make sure that I'm gonna be home, i told them yes, well the flower did not arrive, so we got the phone call, that they cannot deliver the flower at all, because its snowing, I can't believe this company, called me that they are on the way, then later, can't deliver again, because its snowing outside! Its already snow with 2 inches already, its gonna be snowing for next couple days! This is horrible, anyway, i told them I don't want the flowers anymore, Valentine day is over, and my husband paid $252.00 for the 2 dozen of roses, he ordered the best flowers for me and pay this much, for not be deliver on the promise date and lied to him about they guaranteed the date promise was not fulfill, we all know, all florist jack up the price for the flowers, if its not valentine or special occasion, you can buy a 2 dozen of roses for a lot less than on a normal day, anyway, we called just flowers, and told them to cancel the order, and refused to cancel it, that they have made the flower specially for me, yes but you didn't deliver on Valentine, still refused to refund my money, so I called my bank and explain to the bank that I did not receive the flower on valentine day, and they refused to cancel, the product, that they can't even deliver, how is this company trying to scam, anyway they kept harassing me, I don't even have my flower, suppose to make me happy of the special day, and they make sure you be stress that day! Never will deal with this company again, which they think were stupid! They took the order, promise and guaranteed to deliver and fail to do so, knowing that the florist is closed that day and delivery did this in purpose is a bad business, the only company I will order from is gift tree, where I always have ordered and the recipient is happy and will tell you if they can deliver same day or not, products are wonderful, better than the pictures is totally care about their costumers, is the best company, by far have not disappointed us!
One sentence - HORRIBLE in every aspect! Horrendous customer service, delivery not as requested or promised, no accountability or willingness to correct bad service. Stay Away from this company
Flowers were beautiful. My only 'peeve' is the handling/delivery fees. Too high for my budget and will only order 'as needed' not 'as wanted'.
I ordered a specific arrangement of flowers to be delivered for my mum's birthday. Total cost was $93.00 (CDN).
Flowers were delivered after 5 on the day, went to a neighbour's house (despite the fact that someone was home) and they amounted to less than a dozen flowers jammed into a cheap vase. Can't even call it an arrangement - they were random flowers in an ugly vessel.
My brother picked up a $20.00 bouquet at the grocery store and it was 100x better than the expensive arrangement from "Just Flowers". More effort went into the grocery arrangement - the flowers were larger, colours were coordinated and there were way, way more blooms.
I then called Just Flowers to complain.
I sent a picture and then they "investigated' my complaint. I will say, that the customer service people are very polite, they are just completely ineffectual. Many emails and phone calls later, Just Flowers offers me $5.00 off my next order in 'compensation'. Yeah right. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, well you know how it goes.
The cheap vase, missing flowers, tiny bouquet were explained away by stating that they had the right to substitute.
It's now 11 days after my order and Just Flowers is now prepared to give me a $10.00 refund. I'll take it, but it was still a giant rip-off and I will never use this company again.
Avoid Just Flowers - they are deceptive and dishonest.
I really don't like "handling" fees. They are made-up adders. Any processing expenses are a cost of doing business. I don't often do repeat business with companies who pull a handling fee surprise on me.

I placed an order for a floral delivery and after two days when it was NOT delivered they wouldn't cancel the order until I spoken with a manager. The manager was not available and never returned my call. I had to cancel with my bank in order to make sure that I was not charged for the order. This business needs a long course on customer service!
Easy and beautiful arrangement. Even tho I provided an incorrect address, they still delivered the flowers properly.

Did not deliver my order on time for my daughters 18th birthday. The flowers were finally received the next day at 7pm. Too little too late! The roses were almost fully bloomed! They would not accept any responsibility for their error and would not put me in contact with a supervisor! Rip off!
This was a terrible experience. Ordered flowers for my grandmother's 90th birthday. Requested next day delivery when I placed my order. After a week of calling customer service, the flowers still had not been delivered. It took 20+ minutes on the phone with the supervisor to cancel the order. To make matters worse, I keep getting emails for a crappy company that I will never recommend to anyone.
The flowers were lovely and delivered on time. The price was a bit high to be honest.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
