Not too pleased with the service on this order. After ordering they could not find anyone to deliver the order unless I paid an add'l $15.
The flowers were for my sister who was in the hospital. They arrived when they were supposed to and looked exactly like the picture I ordered from. Really pretty. I was very satisfied.
As I have not seen the flowers ordered I can't give a true rating at this time

Worse experience I've ever had when ordering flowers online. 1st the recipient passed away just a couple of hours before the flowers were to be delivered to him in the hospital. Because of that I was asked if I wanted to have them delivered elsewhere. I said yes. To my aunt, he was her boyfriend & his age was 96, so I kept getting email updates saying delivery was being attempted. Finally after a week of this I got an email saying that they couldn't find a florist to go to her home. Well just less than a month before all this I had a local florist deliver a nice bouquet of flowers to her so I guess I used a florist that they can't/won't use? Then I was told they could do a 'drop shipment' meaning NO flowers. Suggested they send her a rose bush. Now my aunt is 82 in upstate NY so she was not about to dig a hole in the ground & put a bush in it only to have it die on her. Keep in mind that when I 'rerouted' my order I was charged an additional $10. Finally I found something that was about the cost of what I paid for the flowers. I sent her a cheese cake thinking that with family/friends dropping by to give their condolences of his death. It was to be delivered the next day, Friday, and when I kept on asking her if she got it, Friday & Saturday, she said NO. So I called to find out where it was. I was given the tracking number & was told it was delivered Friday just like they promised. The delivery person put the box at her back door, which she NEVER uses nor does anyone ever put any parcels there, so called her & told her where to look. Sure enough there was the cheesecake.
She did say it was packed very well & the dry ice hadn't melted. She put it into her fridge & as far as I know everyone said it was good. So it was a VERY nice 8" cheesecake that cost me about $84! It should have come dipped in gold for that amount of money.
I then checked reviews of justflowers online & there were NO good reviews. All of them bad. I can add mine to that list now.

It was my Mom's 93rd birthday & I couldn't be with her. I wanted something special that had a fragrance she could enjoy. The arrangement was perfect. She thought they were beautiful & loved the colors. They were delivered on time & she was happy. So I'm happy!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
