My question is: has anyone ever gotten called back by this one manager who supposedly works there and can actually do anything with your order?
All of the other reviews say it all, this company is clearly sketchy and I'm not really sure if I will ever by able to cancel my order and get my money back.
First time, if everything is delivered as ordered and on time I will be very pleased

I had made a note that my name should not be included in the bouquet, which was not removed.
I had ordered pink lilies, however, there were red roses in the bouquet.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
