I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother's day and they were supposed to be delivered Saturday. Today is Tuesday and they still haven't been delivered. I have tried to call several times and can NEVER get a live person on the phone. I wait for over 20 minutes and finally get forwarded to a voice mail system to leave a message. I have left a message and sent several emails with nothing more than the standard response that they were unable to deliver and will try again tomorrow. All I want is to know why they have been unable to deliver for three days or the name of the local florist so I can call them and inquire. This is beyond frustrating for the money I spent. They don't even offer to refund the money or upgrade the arrangement for the disappointment of not being able to have flowers to my mother on her one special day of the year! I will tell EVERYONE I know not to use them. If anyone has a number that I can call where I can speak to an actual person I would greatly appreciate it.
Having called twice, been on hold for more than 40 minutes total and filled out the online form with no response from JustFlowers, I am beginning to think that "*******@JustFlowers" is an oxymoron.
So far, my experience with Just Flowers has been beyond disappointing; Just Flowers has been unprofessional, unethical, and unreachable.
On 5/12, I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day to my grandmother in Ohio. The site guaranteed next day delivery. As of this evening, Tuesday the 15th, the flowers have still not been delivered. I do understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for florists. However, if you were unable to uphold your promises and keep your commitments, you should have made that clear on the website. Making promises that you can't keep is bad business and bad form (not to mention all of the mothers and grandmothers that you have abandoned).
It's simple: keep your promises, do what you'll say you do, and have customer service respond to inquiries and complaints. Shame on you, Just Flowers!

Thanks for trying your best to deliver promptly. The flowers were for my child's wedding anniversary and the couple was delighted with what they received
Did 2 orders going to the same place, same flowers. 1 got delivered on time the other one was 5 days later and when you expected both to be there at the same time so the surprise wasn't ruined and they weren't it is a truly a disappointment.
I really got fooled! The size of the arrangements were very dissappointing and NOT what I ordered! I will never order flowers again online! What a dissappointment! Please pass this on to the management! Sincerely, Rodney E. Malnoske

I ordered flowers at 8am on the Saturday before Mother's Day -- if they couldn't fulfill the orders as promised, they shouldn't take them. They sent me a notice at midnight on Mother's Day saying the order would be delivered on Monday, it was not. You can't change the terms of service after the fact. Tuesday is not the same as Sunday. I have sent in five cancellation requests and keep getting responses saying "your flower order will be delivered tomorrow" and no response to the cancellation. It's impossible to get a customer service person on the line. I'm disputing this charge with the bank.

Placed two orders for mothers day delivery and was told they would be delivered. Was told deliveries are made up to 9p. M on mothers day. The orders were not delivered I received an email on Monday say delivery will be made at a later date and they were sorry. Mothers Day was Sunday it, s gone. I need my money back I spent S165.00.

Ordered, paid and was promised a delivery on Mothers Day. We received an email at 11:57pm stating the order was not delivered and would go as soon as possible. No answer on their customer service line. Email promises a refund in 4 days! They certainly managed to take our money faster. No fift for mom :(

My daughter ordered flowers for me for mother's day... I'm still waiting (Monday 11.57am). At the minute I am trying to speak to customer service... I have been asked to call back on two different occasions. On my third call, I was given an alternative number - guess what... no one answering customer service! At this stage, the calls have probably cost more than the flowers.

The timing of the delivery was incorrect with the time I was told that they would be delivered.
Made an order for Mother's Day and it still has not arrived. Their email form limits the subject line so you can not request a refund. They are not answering their customer service line. In case they respond to this review, my order number is *******

Ordered flowers on Mothers day. Prior to ordering I asked the rep if it was too late to order for same day delivery and she stated no. To my surprise, the flowers were not delivered and my mother was left without a mother's day gift. I tried calling several times yesterday with no success. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They will take your money and delivery nothing! I ordered full day in advance (they offer same day delivery) and my mother was still left with nothing on mothers day. They also don't answer their phones, emails, or social media sites. I have called ten times and contacted them on multiple different platforms and I get no response or answer Save yourself some time and heartache and order elsewhere, you will only be disappointed with this company!

First off, my mistake to not check ratings... I don't know how a company like this is still in business but I will do whatever it takes to shut them down! I own my own business and their customer service are a bunch of morons. I ordered an exotic flower that totaled up to $120. I didn't not get a break down of a receipt just an order number and a stupid Norton subscription as their thank you. That in it self was a red flag. Second I kept tracking my order today, since it was supposed to be delivered TODAY nothing came up, I called customer service no answer. And where is this communication customer service BS? Thanks a lot for making my Mother's Day sooo memorable. I should have went with Edible Arrangements since they KNOW THE MEANING OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
