I found the live help a too long of a delay,,,I was connected to 2 different people.1st 1 great person, but got cut off...There was difficulty with the date delivered...not sure of the reason...In the past I've always been more than pleased with the service.

I recently arranged and managed my father's funeral. One out-of-town friend arranged to have flowers delivered by this company. The flowers were not delivered. The friend was double billed. Although one of the charges was reversed, the other is still pending (and has been disputed with the credit card company). Worst of all, as I and others have attempted to resolve this matter, we have been told lie after lie. We were told the flowers were delivered the night before the funeral. When they learned that this would not have been possible, we were told they were delivered the morning of the funeral -- at a time when I was present. This was absolutely false. Next we were told that they were received and signed by a person named Sue. Sue explained that she never received or signed for the flowers, and did not even attend the funeral. She merely told a rude customer service representative that my family had left some flowers and other decorations and treats in the church. The flowers Sue saw the day after the funeral were delivered by a different, reputable, florist -- who delivered multiple arrangements without difficulty. I have called repeatedly, been placed on hold for twenty minutes and longer, been told that I would be called back, and more. This company does not deliver flowers. It delivers a pack of lies.
The order number is *******. I have spoken with numerous employees, including Venice, Ron, Elaine, and Jill. I was told Theresa would call me back.
I was trying to take advantage of the $10.00 mention when I placed my order and couldn't figure it out. I tried the chat twice. Got a call center person but no answer

I ordered a mylar balloon when the rep had to help me with the order the balloon didn't get carried forward. This little girl LOVES balloons...so of course i was disappointed.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
