ORDERING WAS EASY
I was interrupted twice while trying to order, very frustrating. I said I didn't need help at the first interruption. I was moving slowly, but was talking to my husband during the ordering process.
To many pop ups getting in the way of shopping for flowers, flowers were not delivered on time, one day late and no reason for the delay given.

I had asked to have the delivery confirmed but heard nothing. I'm surprised to receive a follow-up two months after the fact.

I called early the day before to order flowers for my mother's funeral. I received a call a few hours before her funeral and was told they do not have the flowers I requested.
I asked for 3 dozen white roses. They said they only have 2 dozen and would replace the other dozen with carnations for the same price.
I know carnations are a lot cheaper than roses. I told them I don't want the carnations. The deleivered the 2 dozen roses.
I called the flower shop they did the flowers through. They told me that JustFlowers contacted them the day of the funeral.
JustFlowers is a third wheel when ordering flowers. I will NEVER use them again.
Just google a flower shop in the area, don't use JustFlowers. Also there were a lot of hidden costs and stress...
Did not make delivery to church for funeral and says driver delivered to the back door then delivered to the church office but still cannot provide proof of delivery. Refuses to refund and instead wants to make delivery to residence a week later. Sorry, they already missed the boat. Customer service doesn't follow they with calling back. WARNING! No photos available because delivery wasn't made!

I ordered Lilies and roses for my mothers birthday, a $75 order. I paid for express delivery only for them to deliver to her carnations and mums a rose. Nothing even resembling what I had ordered. It looks like they went to the nearest Walmart and picked up the cheapest bouquet to put in a vase. I have called twice and emailed twice and have yet to get a straight answer. They told me that the florist must of ran out of the flowers and chose a different set. Which isn't my problem if you don't have what I want call me and I can cancel. They are stating that the boquet that they delivered has to be in good condition when they pick it up to replace it with the correct one. The office that they delivered to will not be open till Monday. It is not my mothers nor my problem if the wrong flowers die or wilt from now until then. They shouldn't even have attempted to think that flower bouquet was even acceptable. I spoke with a girl there and she was at a loss of words saying she would call me back. This reflects poorly on the business. I wanted to make my sick mother feel so loved and important on her birthday and they just had to screw it up. I am beyond upset and will never order here again.

Do not buy from these people. They are very unreliable... they lied and lied... they will never get my business again. They charged me an express fee to deliver to a funeral. Mssed the funeral and was 2 days late getting flowers to a family member. They are CROOKS

The fashionista chic bouquet I purchased is absolutely gorgeous on the website but what was received was nothing in comparison, and I mean no where in comparison. I was given every excuse in the book and I got nowhere with their "manager" who pretty much didn't care and then proceeded to offer me a ten dollar refund. Guys this company will make it point to say that the customer accepted the $10 refund as a response to a bad review but will fail to mention how they are of no help nor care that they don't provide what was purchased. Talking to them was pointless. Worse flower website, worse customer service... just terrible all around. I will never purchase from website. It's just not right to trick people!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I received a call from the company around 1pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered telling me that they can't deliver them and that they would be happy to write an apology note or call her to apologize. NO WAY AM I GIVING THEM MY MOMS PHONE NUMBER! They discounted me $5 for my trouble and told me they would deliver the next day. The next day they called me in the afternoon and told me that they once again couldn't deliver the flowers and they would be happy to call her or write her a note and offered me a $10 discount. I asked them if they could guarantee that the flowers would be delivered the next day and I received a resounding "no". REALLY? So if I order flowers I can maybe expect them or not? I told her to cancel my order and I will call someone else. That's when I started receiving phone calls from "managers" regarding the cancellation of my order. When I tried to call back the customer service agent couldn't connect me to a manager so they would have to call me back (I have now spent collectively over a half hour on hold with this company listening to the same song). That's when I told him to place a "do not call" on my account, which he said he couldn't do that I would have to speak to a manager in order to cancel this order. This is NOT a flower delivery company - their "customer service" is overseas - this is a SCAM. I wish I had googled them before placing my order with them!

I ordered Flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered the same day, today is Friday and still no flowers and these $#*!s, yes $#*!s will not refund me my money, so I put a fraud alert on my credit card and stopped them from taken out my money. Never had I so much problems with a flower shop. Oh and by the way, some don't speak good English either and can't understand the messages they left.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY DELIVERY OR ORDERS

I normally do not leave reviews but I'm so angry! I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral that I am unable to attend. I picked out some sweet african violets and called in person to order as I have had problems ordering flowers online in the past. The company called me after they had sent out the arrangement and had taken it upon themselves to replace it without asking me. They refused to cancel the order. They gave $5 dollar credit on my account which I will not be using. They then offered to call the family. I did not want that AT. ALL. If you are looking to send flowers, pick another company.

UPDATE: The rude manager, Teresa, that feels that speaking over me and in a condensending way, felt that saying over and over "I'm sorry that you thought you could get free flowers delivered"and "you must not have seen all the additional fees online" would solve my problem... only made things worse, and is proving their poor customer service style. Hope everyone is reviewing this god awful chain of how awful this company is!
Delivered 4 days late, with no communication to me and they refuse to refund me in full. AND- I paid $60 for an arrangement, he quality was worth about $20! So not only does my recipient of the flowers think I forgot them on their day, but also it appears I am a cheap $#*!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered flowers for my wife and they were late and NOT what I ordered. I was told we don't guarantee delivery date and no guarantee on the flowers either. Theresa the GM is uninformed and useless. No refunds ever. Stay away.

You placed the order online through our website for delivery on Sunday, May 13th. However, given that this is a major flower holiday, Mother's Day; most of the florists in the area were already fully booked. The order was rescheduled for delivery on the next available date going to recipient's address, which is on the 14th. Our florist attempted to deliver on the rescheduled date but the recipient refused to accept the delivery.
We cannot issue full refund or cancel delivered orders, any orders attempted for delivery or those refused by the recipient. We contacted the customer to no avail. All our policies for an order is noted on our website and also on the order confirmation that we emailed to the customer for reference.

Delayed Deliveries
For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day. During major flower holidays like Valentine's and Mother's Day deliveries may be made as late as 9p.m.
For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there, the business is closed, or there is a delay in the delivery, then the delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule the delivery.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.
I ordered a basket of flowers for a fellow employee and I was contacted the day of delivery that the flowers I ordered would cost me $12.00 more than I was quoted online. After a discussion, I ended up paying $6.00 more for the arrangement. If you cannot quote an accurate price on the arrangements then you shouldn't be selling them. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
