This is my second time shopping with JFN. I am impressed with how easy it is to place an order. I was also very impressed with the quality of my merchandise. The only difficulty I have is the exchange in the dollars as I live in Canada. Then the products become very expensive for me.
I order extra extra large shirts, and when I got the shirts, the label said extra extra large, but actually the shirt they are maybe medium size
For the refund they offered to me 15% of my all purchase.
This is insult to the customer.

This company is selling merchandise at clothing sizes that are cut very small to actual size which means an XXL fits like a Medium. When trying to return items, you are required to ship back to an international address which may entail additional shipping costs and fees. Items appear to have been shipped from within the US per the address I used on packaging but was returned to me because the address was not valid, so I wasted approximately $13.70 in shipping cost. You are required to send back overseas. This is unacceptable from a consumer perspective.

I spent three hours shopping on this site in the clearance section. I understood that my order would not qualify for free shipping, but could not find shipping costs listed and easily transparent. When I completed my order of 9 shirts ($77 order), I was charged over $53 in shipping. I deleted my order, wrote off a morning wasted, and will not give my business to this company in the future.

This company is a ripoff. They don't send entire order and then claim that they did. The products are cheaply made. Your return will be to China. I ordered two items, one shipped. They produced a shipping order showing both items, so my credit card company sided with them. The item I received was so small and cheap: seams that are loose and threads sticking out of every seam. It's not wearable. Don't waste your money, you won't be the exception to their dirty business practices!

The colors and patterns are what I've been searching for. I'm still learning how to order correct sizes.
Love the items, but will lose over $100 because items cannot be exchanged for different size. I will have to donate the whole order that did not fit if shipping is too expensive.
