The service was excellent along with the product

Fast and Easy on ordering the merchandise but the receiving the merchandise very long wait. I am still waiting on 3 items. I received an email 2 in a half weeks ago that 2 items were on their way. Still waiting!

I have ordered from this site only a couple of times but will definitely order from them again. They have a wonderful selection of styles and fabrics suitable for the slimmest to the largest of bodies. Most of their clothing is cut or styled to be flattering to all figures. Highly recommend taking a look at this site. They also have an accessories section to complete the outfit.

Website has tons of items to choose from but the product you get is a bit off from how it looks online. Necklines misshapen, material is thinner, etc.

My earrings were missing the hook. The other earrings were too light weight. The necklace didn't look like the picture.

I had no indication about my last order. E mailed a few times but the company were insiting I'd received the order.
I did get an order but jt was the one before the one I gaunt received. Very frustrating

89 percent happy with products a little unhappy with the way some zips were when item ironed etc small but it all helps with the look.

Not an online shopper but took a chance and was not happy with the quality and material of the two shirts I ordered. Cheaply made and one was very tight on the arms and the sleeves were extremely long.

Nice looking top and earrings, seems well constructed. Haven't worn them yet as it is not yet Halloween season.

This transaction was not so easy or pleasurable. The item itself was fine as was the items I got before this one. However when I received it was a joke. I ordered it Aug. 10th and after 3 times trying to find out why I was not getting the item it finally showed up 36 days later. I could understand if I was informed it was on back order or some kind of communication. But my inquiries went unanswered. I still don't know why it took so long so I will no longer order from this company.

One ring was quite pretty, but the rest of the jewelry was not as expected. The 2 shirts were attractive but too wide and too short. I don't usually buy tops that don't state they are at least 32 inches. Ah well, live and learn. Should probably send shirts back.

I liked the way the dress looked. I bought this item because of positive the reviews it was given. Thw item was delivered fairly quickly.

Second order but again sizes and quality are a hit or miss.

I thought the shipping was too high. It took longer to arrive than I had expected. I would have returned this product but I didn't want to invest any more money in these shoes.

Too many v neck and no 3/4 length sleeves. After receiving the products, I didn't like the fabrics and what I thought was embroidery was plastic iron-on.

Unhappy with return policy. Delivery was too long. Goods were good quality
