Bought a coat. Looked lovely on the website. Turned to be a flopp.
Color did not match nor the texture.
Did not have an internal lining as a coat should have.
Delivery fees are extremely high.
I would never buy again

Worst products an "customer service" I have ever experienced and I've done all my shopping online for 20 years. Never received over $100 worth of clothes and after over 3 months of emails back and forth they still won't believe that I didn't receive the package. The P. O. says delivered so I understand the confusion. As requested I initiated a post office search via the usps online form which reported it delivered of course. When I've had similar problems, other retailers just send my refund but I guess JFN thinks I'm trying to get away with theft. You can never speak to anyone, and different people respond to emails so you have to start from the beginning to explain again and again. They are just UNABLE to communicate. Very frustrating. So I'm out the money. By the way I did receive one package, very inferior product that I didn't even feel worthy of donating so in the trash. Never again with this company.

I purchased a dress in extra large although I wear a large. I figured I could take it in if I needed to. I could not even zip it up. The waist line is not at the waist but is under the breast. It would have been pretty if made correctly. I asked for return instructions and a refund and have not received them.

The dress was supposed to be a midi, but it dragged on the ground and the pockets were placed so low I could barely reach. The dress was very disappointing fabric wise and fit wise. I had fallen love with the photo and returned to it many times before ordering, so it was not an impulsive decision, so doubly disappointed.

Love that this site has all the cute cloths I could want. Only bad part is I have to wait a month or two before I receive them... but usually worth it. This time, most of my items came within 3 weeks!

Prices very affordable. The shipping fees could be less.

I usually order a size large at the JCPenney store in Billings, MT, USA. I ordered a large from you and it was too small. Dress looked nice. I'll give it to a friend.

Do not order clothes from this website. The material is horrible. It is shiny and looks nothing like any of the pictures. If you want to return the items you have to ship them back to China which will cost more than the order. DON'T ORDER!

WARNING Don't buy from this website. I just got ripped off for 150. For clothes don't fit for they are clearly made. They look so cute in photos but look nothing like them when you receive them. Contacting BBB if I don't get my money back.

Web site is easy to use. Price points are fantastic for the product. Reviews were helpful with making decision to purchase. Product true to size.

I received the item I ordered in small. When I received it and tried it on it was way too big. Which I was disappointed because it was so pretty. Having to return the item would cost me to much in return because it is shipped from China. If I had known that I would not have ordered this item. They did give me a choice of a discount or ship it back. I took the discount.

The clothes are precious. They are just what I like and the prices are amazing. Thank you for making such beautiful clothes.

Size was pretty accurate. Quality was good. Items laundered well. Overall satisfied.

Returns to China ( too expensive) were not explained during purchase! Thank goodness I really liked one of the dresses, but I purchased 4 to try on, so cost of dress is really about $122!
Interestingly I received a duplicate order of 2 dresses, hopefully not charged to me. Odd experience altogether.

I don't know who the liars are that gave this company good reviews. They are a fraudulent company that shows pic of clothes that are high quality looking and then when you receive you find that they are nothing like pics. You cant get reunds back, they lie and say they have refunded your money when they haven't. I going to Contact State Attorney In Kentucky about this company. They don't tell you that the clothes are from China and that it takes forever to get them.
