I have been trying to order from this website all morning and if I would not have succeeded this time, I was not going to order! One of the dresses that would have been enough to get me free shipping, is no longer available when it was available when I first tried to order this morning.
After 21 days and no sweater that I ordered (from Canada), I contacted the company by email and chat options. I had paid full price + shipping by Visa. When my visa bill arrived I was surprised to find I was charged $US dollars, not indicated on the original order and email confirmation. I contacted JFN by chat and email options. A reply told me there were delays. Another email and a promise to ship in an additional 8 days has come and gone. I am bombarded with twice daily advertisements emails from JFN. I am presently filing a 'Dispute Transaction' with my Visa carrier which will take additional weeks. I wish I had read the other reviews of JFN before I ordered. My first clue should have been the description "Casual Knitting dress" not knitted dress. Photo of item ordered included below. Also my order confirmation reads as follows "Thank you for your purchase!

This company is a SCAM! Also known as Noracora, but it's the same rip-off company! Clothing is absolute trash - nothing like what you see on their website. Their Return policy is carefully designed so that customers have to return item(s) to China even though the pkg is sent from New Jersey or California. The cost per item back to China is about $200. So customers are left with NO choice but to settle for an overall 15% refund. Tell me that's not illegal. BUYER BEWARE.

Your discounts are hard to understand. Sale items,? Final sale items,? So I added different items just to be able to get free shipping... That didn't work when I added more items so I just discarded that whole order on my phone. I wasn't going to order from you ever again because the last time I tried to return a few things, it cost more for shipping than what the tops cost! I'm giving your store one more chance. I hope all of these tops fit.
