We ordered product back in 11-30 and December 04. Product was for Christmas gift. We didn't receive product until 12-30-2023, well after Christmas. We do like the product and product is good value for the price we paid. Communication as to status was very bad if not impossible. Tracking #'s were not recognized by shipping outlets. Good product but realize it is coming from China and will take a while. Maybe weather and coming from China were part of the delay. I didn't realize timetable of shipping. If ordering for a special occasion I would definitely take delivery time into consideration.

PLACED 2 ORDERS DEC 3...BOTH STOCK ITEMS. ONE SHIPPED, SECOND ONE WRONG POSTAL CODE CORRECTED 2 DAYS LATER NOT SHIPPED UNTILL DEC 22. TRIED 6 TIMES TO GET DELIVERY INFO. I WAS UPSET THAT MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID NOT GET HER PRESENT UNTILL AFTER CHRISTMAS. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE. DENNIS
The yellow top I ordered had a small hole on the left front side. I started the return process, and it's just too difficult. Plus, I have to pay the shipping, and with today's inflation, it's really not worth it. I love the other two items.

Shoes were cute, but site didn't mention that they are manufactured in a foreign country, or I never have ordered. These countries don't use the same sizing scale as USA, so these were totally too small. They are going back. Also, delivery was more than 3 weeks, and I think they should again mention that their goods are coming from another country.
Quality as expected. Not all items fit so need to look at returning.

The only good thing about these bags is the color matched the description. They were made of cheap faux leather/plastic and too small and too flimsy for use. I tried to return them; followed return instructions but no response. I won't shop here again!

I found the web site easy to use, but a bit difficult on sizes. When the items were received the sizes were not as expected. On jumpers you need to select a much larger size than normal.
