We were very disappointed when we received their product. What we saw on the website looked very nice. The cat depicted looked realistic and very cute. The fleece material looked warm. What we received, on the other hand, was embarrassingly bad. The fleece is of low quality. And the cat? Probably something a child made for a school project. Please compare the photos. They should really use photos of their products on their web page instead of something they are hoping to make. Sorry for a bad review. We will not shop here again.

First time ordering. Quality was lacking. Fabric was not as expected. The "sweatshirts" were not made of sweatshirt material. The medium sizes, which I wear in all other clothes, were very strangely made. I was EXTREMELY upset that returns are to be shipped to China. I thought I'd read the return policy before ordering, but did not see that.
Was disappointed the way it fit. It was very tight in the arms because I have larger arms.

Items received have almost never deceived me. Only once the cardigan wasn't a knit but otherwise most items arrive better than anticipated and I'm thrilled with my purchases.
Easy to order and it didn't take long to receive my coat.
Fun. The size guide is helpful also. My order for all items was 3xlarge and yet at least 5 of the items came in size S. 2 of the tops I gave to family members as an extra Christmas gift. However the lovely new clothes that I can't wear leave me very sad really.
