This company has no process efficiencies & goods can take over 3 months to arrive; when they do arrive they are of very poor quality my shoes felt like they were made of cardboard... I ordered two coats and a pair of winter boots and they emailed me one by one per week saying out of stock. Then the little discount that was applied to my order of $101 was $13 off. Afterward, every item was said to be out of stock and the discount would be taken out of each item. I should also reed the damn reviews because It's been almost 3 weeks now and no order shipped.

I wasted $101, next time I'll order from the US only! Btw, the other reviews saying this so-called place is so great is fake reviews!

It's a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I read reviews before spending $106. Exactly the same things happened to me: received 2/6 dresses both cheap, thin, subpar fabric; no lining; not as advertised; not like the photo; colors different; one was even damaged; the other not as long as described. The other dresses I was told were on back order so having gotten the 1st which was hideous looking stretchy Jersey material not as advertised I requested they cancel the rest; the next day they tell me they were shipped & can't cancel meanwhile I can't track it. It took a while to get first two dresses & will take a while to get rest of order. I just want my money back but they offered to refund me $3 on a $20 dress instead of returning it but it's cheaper to ship it back & get full refund than $3! But they won't send me shipping label & return authorization. I want to throw these 2 dresses out! I can't wear them & would never give them to anyone. If it's too good to be true it's definitely a scam... Honestly by the time they send me the shipping label it will fall after the 15day return window and then I won't get refunded anything; watch!

I like to buy in this store, have good offers most of the time, recently I made a great buy and the products as of constumbre arrived in good condition, have good quality in their products, the times that e bought in this store and received products of good quality, the customer service may be better but it is acceptable, every time I receive your packages are in good condition, very well protected and the articles fairly faithful to the image

I ordered a cute pair of boots from JustFashionNow back in July. It's now the end of Nov. Still no boots. A couple months ago I emailed the company asking about my order, they emailed back promptly saying it would be shipped "soon." (In turtle time maybe) Then received a notice about 2 weeks later saying it had shipped. (After ordering 2 months previous?) The tracking number they gave me NEVER worked. I still have NO idea where my boots are. I will NEVER EVER buy ANYTHING from this company again! And I will tell others to never do so either! Don't be tempted by the cheap prices.

This supplier knows that if you buy through pay pal they will close the case after a short time.
We paid $107 for 3 items
Only 2 arrived and they then said that this wasn't there problem but we could claim for $63 for the 2 being returned
We then paid $35 for postage to return the goods to China
After a long delay and only after further corresponcence from us they said that the money would be back in our account within 7 days.
Still waiting two weeks later for the refund.

The quality is extremely poor.

It is the worst that I have seen out of China and frankly I would warn anyone to steer well clear of this supplier.

My order was shipped from California. When I requested a return I was told I would have to pay return shipping to China which would cost more than it was worth to return. The clothes were very cheap and do not look like the photos on the website. One item I never received and they refuse to refund. The only offer a 100% store credit for that item but I really dont want anymore of the low quality clothes. I suggest anyone having problems with company to dispute the charges with your credit card. They cant send you clothes that dont match the description and insist you pay for overseas shipping when it wasnt ordered from overseas. (The return address on the package is California and tracking shows it was shipped from California, not China.) The customer service is horrible, they know they aren't going to have repeat business with such poor quality items so they dont care about making the customer happy, they just want to keep your money. I've been emailing them back and forth for 2 months just to get the run around.

An authentic store! Great prices, quality service and an endless variety of options, I'm in love with everything especially for the dresses, my god I love dresses! And the store is full of them! One more beautiful than the other, I made my purchase and I'm waiting for her to arrive and I have no doubt that I will not have anything to complain about, I loved meeting the JustFashionnow store.
Ah! And the site is great, super easy to find everything I need!
