The measurements were way to big the dress was at least 18 inches too long and I am 5"4 which is average height.
I usually wear a L/XL and I took the dress out of the package and my daughter said "My 600lb life" it was a massive XL about a size 24 I guess.
We laughed for so long. Don't bother it says free returns yeah, for them. But, they did offer me 15% back, lol.
Anyway, I will have to donate the dress and take the loss, but will never order from them again.

Terrible company. Ordered 4 dresses at value of almost $200 AUD. All didn't fit and quality was absolutely awful. See through and poorly made. Sizes and measurements would not fit any human body and were definitely not as ordered. Tried to return as per their cancellation policy. Mailed to them exactly as advised at a cost to me of $45AUD. Just Fashion Now pretended not to receive (even though I addressed it perfectly with claim label) and they then Returned to Sender. When I received returned item back months later I contacted them and they refused to accept the return. Almost $250 AUD out of pocket and have clothes that I couldn't even give away.

I ordered a Turtle Neck Sweater Dress but what they sent was a similar dress but not turtle neck. They asked for pictures which I sent but insisted that what they sent was correct. This went on for weeks. I was responsible for sending back the item that they incorrectly sent me. Then they started asking about the colour, then other items I ordered and what colour they were... trying to distract from their error. What a total waste of my time.
