I ordered three dresses in January 2020 from JustFashionNow. Products were shipped on time BUT the quality was inferior, and I prepared to return the items back to get a refund... there in lies the problem... I received an authorization to return the products at my expense. The return label that I was to affix to the outside of the parcel was a CHINA address!. Much to my surprise You can not imagine how much this would cost me to send it back to China. I decided to return the items to a Markham address which is where the shipment originated... but that proved to be fruitless to me in receiving my refund. If I order anything from Wayfair or Amazon, and want to return the product, even though these products could be manufactured in China I have never had to return items back to where they were manufactured AND my return items would be prepaid by Wayfair... I will NEVER EVER order anything again fromJustFashionNow. Buyer beware. Read the fine print... and I mean fine print... very small print in their return policy states that you have to return products back to CHINA at your own expense.

Bought 2 pairs of waterproof boots and after wearing them a couple of times my sock was getting wet I contacted the company to ask for a refund or exchange as they weren't fit for purpose but because it was past their 15 day return policy they wouldn't help at all. I have sent them photographic evidence as I would expect a pair of boot to last more than 6 or 7 times of wearing them but their customer service is disgusting! Be aware that if you buy from this site and you don't live in china it will cost you a fortune to return items! I wish I had read reviews on trust pilot before ordering from this company!
