2 months after placing the order (and Justfassionnow taking the cash), I still have not received the complete order. They have so far sent two separate deliveries for the goods I ordered. When I have reached out to them via email chasing for an update, they say they will repond with 48 hours, but they never do. I would avoid this company at all cost. You may get lucky with the goods you order, but you probably won't. Such shabby customer service. And the clothers received so far look and feel cheap. If I could rate this a zero star I would. Avoid at all cost.

After waiting for weeks and weeks for my parcel to arrive it finally did. And wow what a disappointment. The materials were nothing like in the photos. The website is amazing - the dresses look like lovely soft cotton and in fact it's like synthetic plastic and doesn't hang right. Looks like a tent! The sizing is weird - huge! Even the shoes were massive! I'm usually a Uk 7 and they sent a 41. Such a shame as the clothes look amazing.

I have contacted this company by E Mail on 6 occasions but have only ever received a standard automated reply. When I placed my order the delivery details said 10 -20 working days!
Please please do not buy from this company. I believe that this is a scam.
