Sizes tend to be a bit smaller than other brands in most designs, especially if you have some curves. But I only increase one size in size and that works fine. The designs are charming, lots of variety and the fabric is usually of good quality. My favorite brand.

I bought my dress at this online clothing store. The girls feel so charming, kind and helpful. It is very difficult to get good customer service these days and online, these girls have a 10/10. I will definitely go there again. Well done girls!
The products are inferior and sizing may be OK if you live in China. You CANNOT return anything unless you pay postage to China and even then you will never see a refund. They make you return to some obscure place in China very onerous and mail service could take 6 months or more. They should not get even 1 star... they should be banned from online selling.

It is totally okay to stick to your rules, but to not have any flexibility in the midst of a world wide Pandemic is beyond emotionless. I put emotion into my purchases as do most people, "does this look good on me... etc.". So to be a customer in this day and age and be treated as a Number is unacceptable. You should have extended any return deadlines on orders places between March 17th- June 1st. I can wear most of what I ordered, so I do like some things you sell. I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Meanwhile, it cost me $45.00 to share it. :(

Don't buy. Ads are completely misleading. Fabrics are cheapest synthetics, feel like plastic. No embroidery. It's a lie. They print on plastic patterns which are hideous and don't look like ads. Even colors are garish.

I ordered a dress from this company which did not arrive more than 40 days. I emailed them several times but was advised to wait and that it had been shipped from China. After checking the Chinese tracking information, the site in Mandarin showed that the item could not be found meaning that there was no way that it could delivered in the UK by Royal Mail. Fortunately, I got a full refund from PayPal after sending them a screenshot of the tracking information. Be wary about ordering from this site.
