For 9 months, no article on this website has disappointed me. Every purchase, every clothing package I receive, is worth the investment. Everything seems to fit me perfectly, they complement my body well. They also deliver fast.
I have spent hundreds of dollars with this Company and normally the clothes have been good. In March 2020 I ordered another lot and I did not like 1 item and the others I liked but needed a different size. I got a RA no and so paid $20 (Post Office special express to China price) and sent it. Then the pandemic hit and my parcel came back to me months later - the stamp said it made it to China but Just Fashion Now did not accept it. I then tried again with the same result (it arrived yesterday). They would have the RA still open at their end - I am left with items I cannot wear and I can't even get a refund from my outstanding Return no - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SITE AS WHEN YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH ITEMS THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS

I ordered a pair of women's socks- colorful with ribbed horizontal lines. Very pretty by the picture. I get them, the one sock is bigger than the other, there are no ribbed lines, just flat and duller colors than the picture. Very disappointed. I read the return/exchange policy and there are no returns on sale items - everything is a sale item, it looks like!

The clothes and shoes look so cute and reasonably priced but the quality is terrible. They stink of the petroleum products they are made from. I would never wear such garbage. And forget returning anything. It will cost you half the price of the purchase to send it back and the company will claim they never received the item and issue no refund. Not a single item of 6 I purchases was worth the time I took to order it.
