Poor Customer Service. Your company does not help with any returns. This is wrong!

The items of clothing arrived a few days ago. To my surprise, they were delivered to the door.

Very good, arrive as expected. Fit right, true to size

This is the first time I ordered from this website. Did not realize it was coming from overseas. In actuality they clothes came from China. Did have to pay a very small amount for import.

Received my order of 15 items only two pair of the sandals were true to advertisement. All the other items very poor quality not good. The earrings were very nice. Very disappointed after waiting almost 3 weeks. First and last order

The merchandise I received was NOT what was pictured on the website. It was a cheap rendition of what it was supposed to be, which is boutique clothing with the detailing it should have had. The material was inferior synthetics, something I wouldn't pay $5 for much less what I was charged. It smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. One item looked like a cheap bathrobe instead of a knitted boutique coat that was supposed to have bumpy flowers on it and a big, detailed collar - yeah that beautiful winter coat - what a joke! When I wanted to make a return I was informed I had to ship it back to China and pay all the costs associated with it! Then wait for them to decide to give me my money back. The alternative was their offer of a 15% refund! Unbelieveable! Don't buy from these clowns! I am disputing the charge through my credit card company since they are being disreputable.

Super experience so far. Only complaint is the Shipping & Handling cost of $12.99 was a shock -- didn't expect this for standard shipping. But the item was so cheap, together it was very reasonable.

Order program runs slow. Would be nice to be able to change quantity in the cart without having to cancel the item and reorder. The same for size change.

I do love the bright designs and colors and sale are always fun, but sometimes you are taking a chance that you won't be satisfied. I think sale or discontinuted items should be returnable! Sometimes the items can be the wrong size for you (nothing beats being able to try things on before purchasing), sometimes it is not the quality you expected and sometimes the item was misrepresented--like knited knee high socks that the quality was really bad and I couldn't even get past my ankles while the bottom of the foot would have fit an elephant. Only one item out of five was a jewel of a purchase.

I received a dress and a blouse. The overall quality of the fabric was a disappointment.

Most of the items that I purchased was not true to size. The Coat is cheap & looks cheap & all of the dresses except one which was nice & did fit. I will never buy from this place again!

Ordering a little confusing. Had to do it several times. Shipping is expensive. Most companies offer free shipping over? 50 or $60. Products look beautiful though.

The sweater is flimsily made, buttonholes not bound or backed. Collar will stretch out.

The flowered shirt is a strange cut and although the correct size fits weirdly. Neck is cut too widely.
It appeared in the ads to be applique rather than print, although it is a nice print.

It's not as elegant as it looks and size given on internet website is wrong. The return policy is not great as this comes from US to Canada

Items looked bright and fresh. Easy to go from one type of item to the next. Thank you for the nice experience!
