Some of the items I could not add to my basket, gave no reason why.

I received my order after a small wait and was very pleased.

Very user friendly and beautiful clothing.
However I didn't receive 3 items. Are these following in the mail?
When will I be receiving these 3 items be shipped?

I loved the tops and skirts that I received. Great quality and shipped to me very fast. This website was very patient and professional.

I bought online here a couple of very nice and high quality accessories, good packaging. I am very satisfied!

I knew there had to be a catch! My items were ordered over a week ago and most STILL haven't shipped! I haven't received ANYTHING yet!

I ordered some slippers (that they called socks), but got something very different from what was shown on their website. I notified them via their chat the day I got my delivery. For over an hour I was subject to exceedingly long waits only to get responses that did not address my issue so I asked for a supervisor to contact me. I waited for several days and one never did so I requested a refund + shipping using their online return form. I provided photos showing the difference from what they sent vs what was on their site. They wrote back asking for more photos of labels, packing and more. It was ridiculous what they wanted pictures of. After I did so they claimed I got the right item and that I requested a refund after 15 days, which was too late to get one. I wrote back, told them I first contacted them the day I got my order and sent more photos showing the differences. They still refused to issue me a refund. The socks on their site had blue yarn on the sides and leather on the bottoms. What they sent did not. See the photos below. The first two show what they sent me. The second two show what was on their website. They are obviously not the same!

I got really tired of waiting on my order and when I looked at the tracking information sent me on two separate occassions showed my package was floating around all over different places within China! Hadn't even made it out of the country! I asked for a refund they asked me to have patience due to "Covid19." When I wrote again the transit information showed it was in Wuhan and Hong Kong still not out of China! So I wrote telling them if it was in Wuhan I'd burn it and this is the response I got:
F you keep your narrow mind, you can burn it with your own scary descrimination at your own cost.
There are two reaons you need to fetch your parcels and keep it:
1. If you refuse to take the parcel, it will be returned to overseas warehoue. We won't receive IT. Nor will we refund.
2. The pandemic in China has been controlled long time ago.

I had said I would burn the shirt if it was from Wuhan (I was mad cause my delivery was late and it was specifically from that city!) Nor should she "judge" me because I don't want to wear clothes made in Wuhan where the pandemic originated! Very very poor customer relations skills! I didn't know "fetch" was in the Chinese vocabulary!

It would be nice if the pictures were of a better quality so zooming in would help determine what type of fabric the clothes are made of

I wrote an email to this website to check the status of my order there, I got a quick response and it was delivered on time, and they corrected the problem without any problem. I am in love with my dress... Very satisfied customer.

I have made two purchases online here I have not found any problem. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am happy to recommend it.

Returns are impossible, unless you are okay with paying for the shipping to CHINA! They offered to give me 15% instead. FRAUD!

This is the worst online company I have ever purchased from I don't even want to give them one star. The items come from China. When I received the items they are nothing like the pictures online. I want to return them and what they don't disclose online is that you have to send them back to China on your dime!
Otherwise they want to haggle on giving you a refund of 15% cash and keep the items, then it went up to 25%, then 35%. Such a dishonest company. They said that they had sent the items I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY when there are so many good ones out there with honest pictures of their products and upfront clear return policies.

It seems very easy, first time. I hate waited for 15 days but, I see what happens.
I would also like to see a photo of the back of your items.

When I received my orders on this website, I was so happy when I looked at my things, the denim shirt looks nice and comfortable, good size, good quality. Delighted with this website!

I am fascinated by my shorts and my new blouse, the print is ideal and summery, the fabric is soft with my skin, Approved! I will buy here again

I was sent an email on Sunday for a 23% discount but there was no place to put in the code of ST23 so I only got an 18% discount so I am little displeased.
You sent me a 25% off coupon good for 7 days. I have never ordered from you before and am waiting to get the products. So far no ship date. I want to see how things fit before I buy anything else. Why would I order more before I get this order delivered, and can see the fit and quality of your products. I showed your site to my friend and she was very excited about your products and prices and is also waiting to hear from me as to the quality and fit. So the 25% coupon does me no good.

I also received no response to the first part of this e-mail sent last Sunday when I placed my order. I hope I like your clothes so i can order more. We love the colors and designs, although I wish you had petite. Most long dresses will be too long on me as well as the leggings and sleeve lengths on the long sleeved items.

The clothes that are sold online here are very beautiful. Just entering the website made me fall in love with many more dresses!
