Very concerned that the sizes indicated are accurate. They are not. I measured everything and i out of 7 matched the size chart. Fabric is flimsy, sleeves are straight and unbtapered. The designs appear dimensional on web sitr. They are not. They are printed.

Prices were great! There were some items that did not work so I have to return. Support was very helpful with my returns. The only negative comment I have is that I wish there was a phone number to actually speak to someone.

Need to pay through Pay Pal. I didn't see a key to press for PAY NOW. Needed to know the final amount including taxes, shipping. It did not show these amounts before paying. This was done on purpose because the price really goes up after shipping and tax. This is fraud

Very nice website. Easy to shop. Very nice clothes but photos are not always accurate. I think your models are too skinny and doesn't represent the average person. Your return policy is awful. I can't believe a global company's returns are to China. Returning items is down right a hassle!

Every item I ordered was way too small, even though I ordered XL. I normally wear size large. Most of the items were cheaply made, and some of them were made of material that felt like paper, instead of cloth. I won't order from JFN ever again. Also, it took a long time to receive my order.

The dress I ordered was well-sized and therefore, fit well. Material is not what I expected but I like it.

My order was delivered in 2 shipments. In the first a dress felt like a plastic bag. I immediately followed the procedure &contacted the company on July 9. They responded that they received my email but have never sent info on where to return or a return order. The second order had a dress that did not fit. Again I
Followed procedure & was told to return it to China at my expense which might also include special tax
OR
They would give me a 16% refund.

This is my second dress order. Sizing on first was true to an American XL hoping that this order will be as well. Was pleased with quality of first dress. Wouls like to see better sale prices and promos. Thank you

The purple dress is a size small. I need a medium. I followed your instructions to email customer service and was told I would hear from them in 24 hours. It's been several days and I haven't heard. Anything.

In this online boutique there are clothes that are very different from those found in department stores and a little cheaper. Email communication when making a return has been excellent.

Ordering was easy but waiting to see the quality and customer service if needed. Now that I received them, they seem to run bigger than expected. Quality is good. Shipping was faster than expected

I ordered three tops. They fit true to size but didn't look exactly what was on the model. I guess it is the material blend of polyester and cotton blend. One top said cotton blend. No percentages! One I like is black has a cricket is nice. The price is right but probably won't order again.

It, suck!. One was cheaply made and look like a sack. The other was nowhere near the size compared to other similar in design from other companies. Items were not in stock. It took a month and several e-mails. My credit card was charged weeks before items were shipped S. L. in Illinois.

The site is a little difficult to navigate, also, the coupon code that I tried to use wasn't offered, even though that's originally why I came to this site to shop. Prices are nice
