Took a long time to get, two were wrong colors, didn't look like the pictures not good quality, they said they would give me a $10 credit, from China would be expensive to send back, and would take a long time.

Except for the password the whole thing was quick and easy.
Trying to returns items is very unsatisfactory. No real contact with anybody. You also have to email for an approval on sending the item and wait to be You also have to pay for all shipping. The clothes werent really on sale by the time all the charges were added on.

I saw a beautiful white with blue flowers top with lacy sleeves advertized, and just had to have it. I normally wear a 2x but ordered a 3x just in case. Was very disappointed to be unable to put on the top - fit more like a 1x.

If the clothes don't fit or not look good on you, the return policy is such that it costs too much to send back to China.

They didn't fit and the quality was not what the pictures looked like - I wanted to return but they said I had to pay to return and possibly custom charges also.

They don't have an exchange policy of any kind and returns are in China so it costs a lot to send the product back! I purchased a pair of shorts and it would have cost more to send them back than what I paid for them!

These clothes are nicely priced. It takes a few weeks for the clothes to arrive but I have not been disappointed. The colors are beautiful!

One pair of the pants and two shirts I will have to return. I ordered size by what I buy from local stores. I always get XL or 1X and no problem. These 3 pieces are very small. I have to figure out how to get a return!

I ordered 2 shirts both were the same size and one was to small and one to large. I asked to exchange and they answered NO. My choices were to return items pay shipping and maybe customs and pay shipping again to get the new sizes sent. Or I could just receive 10% of the price I paid. Which I chose I really never expect to receive it.

Love your styles. I hope your sizes are true. Somethings have been smaller then the true XL. Some things are way too big for an XL

Just Fashion Now is a well organised scam company who mislead the consumer: the linen made clothes they advertise arrived to me made of cheap polyester fabric, with a label reading "cotton". After refusing their reimbursement offer of 15% followed by 25%, once I found out that the return price to China is more expensive than the money I was cheated out of, I contacted the Chinese Embassy and they offered to take care of it. Apparently the Chinese government is trying to protect the international trade so they are into major scam cleaning!

Pretty easy to order but the quality is not as good as it could/should be`

Thank you. Online shopping is an easy shopping experience compared to looking arounds the shops. However at the moment this is not possible anyway due to lockdown laws.

I ordered twice because first order did not give me a confirmation notice. I received both orders, but 2x from China is not for big plus size girls like me. In all I ordered 8 blouses and could wear none. In inquiring how to return I was told I had get permission to return them and to pay to send them back to China and that I would only receive 15% of the money. I am donating them to a women's shelter and will never order from this company again. Too bad the clothes were nice.

I was excited to look at the reviews for JUST FASHION NOW while deciding to order clothing from them. The clothing looked like quality clothing in the pictures. When I saw the positive reviews I put in my first order. Then when I received my clothing I was not happy at all. The clothing and shoes I ordered looked very cheap and not at all what it looked like in their beautiful pictures. I guess you could say I got what I paid for! I will never order clothing or shoes from them again. The one piece of jewelry I ordered were earrings. The earrings were not so bad.

Easy to use! I hope the shirt looks in person like it does online
