I enjoyed shopping, but the discounts were a little confusing. When I looked you up on my iPhone I was told there was a first order discount of 15%. I had to enter JFN15OFF three times before your system accepted it. Otherwise an enjoyable experience

Fast and easy ordering, shipping was fairly fast also

Actual shopping experience was fine. I've ordered things from China before and the quality was terrible. Gave them all to charity. Hoping that this experience will be different.

Follow up... I received everything and several things won't work for me. Sizes are erratic, quality of fabric not sure. I'm going to wash everything and see how they all work out. One or 2 items are great, but the others...

If you need to return anything, forget it. You have to return them to China and I don't know what the cost is, so opted to just keep them and donate.

Experience was easy! Purchase of shoes - looked much better online than in person.

Warning! Poor quality products. Very long shipping time. Did not provide refund for item not even shipped. Did not provide instructions for returning items received. Wasted money.

I received my order, and discovered only one item fit, out of 3. This was my first dealing with this company. My "trial run". I wanted to return 2 items, and would probably have purchased more, in larger sizes. However, I was told I had to return the items to their return centre, in China, and was warned that the return costs would be very high. Plus I might also have to pay duty on them. They then said they would refund me 15% of my cost, excluding my shipping cost, of course, telling me I could use my "refund" to have the items altered, so they fit. Not quite sure how you make an item sewn right along the edge, with no "seam allowance" a couple of inches bigger! But rather than put out more money, and sometime in the far off future, maybe get less refund than the postage, etc. cost, I ended up accepting me whopping $6.03 refund.

I am asking for a return address and a full refund. You are saying I have to ship it all the way to China and the cost will over ride the worth of the clothes. I ordered two dresses~they did not fit and the quality was not what I expected. I will report this to my credit card and I will dispute this.

Your website is most attractive, product compelling. I have two concerns: I'm curious why your clothing is so inexpensive. I hope I'm choosing the sizes correctly; i. E. though I consider my size medium, some of the listed measurements like bust@ 41 for medium, made me select a small size for two of the blouses.

It would be nice to have better search tools. As an example, style, fabric, length, sale, all that. So many choices otherwise.
It would be nice if returns were free like other major online retailers. As it is, it is a gamble if the item will fit or be as imagined from the picture.

GREAT! IT WAS EASY! I guessed at my size and I must have guessed right they are perfect also it was easy using Pay Pal and I didn't have to wait that long!

Many pretty styles! Hope your website set up a wishlist for the customers in order to buy next time.

4 garments didn't work for me. Got a 15% refund on those items. :( I will consider carefully before I order again.

The polyester fabric was too thin and the blouse was too tight. Because of the fabric, I did not want to exchange for a bigger size.

Very disapointed! First I got the items one or two at a time... Then the material of the clothes really looked cheap though resistant. Surprise was I, and do not consider to order anything else. Specially because of the service.
