The one they used doesn't even exist in my city. This is not my fault and I am truly angry. I have reported them to my bank as a fraud. I want my order or my money back. (I love their clothes, so this is sad.)

Shipping seemed to take a long time when I ordered earlier this year. Hoping this order ships in good time.
The discounts are hard to tell if they really applied, But the prices are good enough without, as long as the items actualy fit. After placing my order, I never got an official order confirmation, so I wasn't sure if it was actaully placed. I emailed after a week, without an order number, that was difficult, and it took them over a week to respond to my email, in which time, my order arrrived. Most of the clothes fit ok.
I placed two orders in July. I received one but not the other. I did not receive a tracking number for July 26th or 27th order for the merchandise, Please tell me something! The order number is HBIDIO*******.

When I first placed this order I didn't get to add my 18% code i.e., CRX18. I really liked the style of the denim dress and debated to purchase the dress because the US sizing is often wrong. But, I decided to give it a try. Well, sure enough when the dress came it was too small, bust and hips, if the dress had fit, the pockets would have been at my knees, making them impossible to use. So I am returning the item for a refund.

I ordered two dresses. One in small and one in extra small as that was what was available in my size. They took quite awhile to arrive but I was excited to receive them. As soon as I opened them, I knew that they were at least two sizes too big. No way were they in the "small" category.I took them to a tailor and unfortunately, it would have cost twice as much to tailor them as what they originally cost. Not worth it.
I have tried three times to get a response from Just Fashion Now on how to return them for a refund. When I filled out request for return, they promised a response within 48 hrs. It's been two weeks. There is no phone number on their website. They have a live chat option but nothing happens when you click on it. It specifically says on website not to return items to address on original packaging as that isn't where to ship returns. I am stuck with two items that I cannot wear and Just Fashion Now is not responding. I'm about to notify my credit card company that this business is a fraud/scam.
Do not shop with Just Fashion Now! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Shopping with them is a huge risk.

I have been trying to return 2 items purchase from this company for over 2 weeks now and, I am unable to get anyone from this company to respond to my request. There is no phone number to reach anyone and they claim 24 hour chat available that does not work.
Finally got the chat to work at this site. Was told a return address was issued. I downloaded the label and sent the return USPS. Note: I paid 17.00 for shipping to receive the 2 items ordered, now paid 15.00 to return them.
Will update when my refund is received.

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
