Experience was ok for internet order. Processing was typical; very expensive S&H, but packaging was good.

I love the colors and it is a easy site to shop but sizes differ. Sizes to what I found that if you are a plus size 2 you will need to order plus 3.

Took quite awhile to receive the entire order. Was not happy with the fabrics or fit.

Easy order, some products I thought was embroidered but was not, hard to determine sizes for petites

This was a quick and easy experience. The sizing charts were very helpful for the first dress, a beautiful floral summer dress, I ordered. It fits perfectly. I should have stopped there.

The other three dresses I tried to order did not match up as accurately and do not fit as well so I am returning them.

It is easy to shop and the styles are really nice.

The item details, descriptions, and reviews are sparse. The fabric specs often conflict, so something is wrong there. The hover-menus are very anti-touch-screen. Pages lag sometimes. Checkout process was easier than most sites. Overall not too bad at all!

You gave a 15% discount but did not allow me to take it.

All of the clothes were very small. Not near the size listed on the sizing chart.

It was good. Delivery took a while. But was fine. Liked my tops when they came.

Prices seem too good to be true! Clothes are very cute and also unique as pictured on the website, however the actual products were of poor quality. I applied for a refund but never received the email with instructions that was promised. Then went on a chat session with a polite CS rep. I chose option of 25% refund and will donate the items. Not sure if or when I will receive the partial refund.

The ads and the site are a bit confusing as to how to use them. When I started, there was a 15% off coupon, later there was an 18% off offer, then there was a 20% off offer, then a 25% off, but I never saw how to get any of the coupon codes, except the first. If there is a way to still get the 25% off, let me know--I would love that!
None of the clothes fit, all looked horrible on me, not at all like they looked on the models. Returning them to China would have cost over $100, so I was stuck with getting 15% back from my $190 purchase--I wasted a lot of money, as it turned out, and I will not recommend that anyone use your company.

So far so good. Just the shipping is too much cost and it takes long too, also the item is too big. I can't use it it anymore as it is too expense to return and lick of time to return it.

I order a blouse that didn't fitI got it. In order to return you have send to China and pay the postage any any fees. Which makes it more costly to return something for a refund. They gave me a choice to keep it for 15% refund. I took that option and have not informed how or when that will arrive. Never using them again!

The dress and blouse that arrived bear no resemblance to those shown on the website. They are super ugly and are way too big for me. I wear medium but these items fit like a large. I will be returning these items and expect to get my refund promptly. I should also mention that it took about 3 weeks for delivery. I have no intention of shopping at that website again.

Got everything correct except one skirt that I ordered in black came in a cream color with tulips on it. Not exactly what I had in mind. The skirt was advertised as a workout/tennis skirt with undershorts, it's made of material that wouldn't survive one workout. Don't list something as "workout gear" if there's no Lycra Spandex, cotton, etc. or any other material workout close are made of.

I'm a 1st time buyer and found it a bit difficult to find out where the product ordered was shipping from or how long it would take to get here. The size charts helped a bit, but I found that most of the sizes didn't conform to my body size, which is a U.S. 6 petite.
The shirts arrived after 3 weeks from 2 different locations in the states. I was beginning to wonder if they were coming from China!
