I would like to see a better selection of socks. The only ones out of stock were 5 pairs for one price----the others were too expensive for me.

Shopping experience is excellent. I know I requested several times to make an exchange, without any success. I still have them. Please tell me, by email, something, or am I just stuck with them.

One of the two tops that I ordered turned out to be of a woven polyester material that doesn't stretch. (The item description just says "polyester fibre.") I'm referring to the short sleeve leopard A-line shirt. It is too tight in the hips despite the drapey look in the photo. I'm not willing to pay return postage to China, so I'm stuck with it.

Seems okay need to receive product before evaluating experience.

Sizing is not very consistent. Some items didn't fit. Return policy definitely needs to be addressed! If making it difficult was your aim, consider it achieved! Pictures of everything except my first born child! Pretty much no customer service.

I ordered shorts, capris and a dress. The dress was not what it appeared in the picture. I requested a return label and was told it was cheaper for me to keep it and they would refund me 15% of the cost because it had to be returned to China! After my response that this was unacceptable, they offered 30%. I only accepted because I was tired of dealing with them. All but one of the shirts were ok but I know it will be more of the same returning this one. I will not order from this company again.

OrderWas concerned about the fact that the order is from China however great customer service and support.

Easy to order, but it took so long to arrive, I almost forgot about it.

Clothes look really nice online... was a little worried about buying online without trying it on first.
(don't have the best of luck that way)
Read some not great reviews at first and then saw a video that really broke it down. That helped a lot.
And then I decided I'll give it a try. I'll just qualify to get the free shipping and see how these clothes do when I get them. From the video the lady said the fabric is different as well but still soft. I only went with the shirts so far. But its true,... different type of fabric. It says to be dry cleaned,... but am only going to put it in regular wash.
I think it will fade faster because of that. But the shirts are not super expensive so if your hoping to keep these clothes forever and ever... probably not the best quality for that,... but if your going to switch it up every year... then I think this is a good option that looks nice. Some of the sleeves that have ruffle layers dont fall nicely... probably going to need to put a pin in them to make it flow nicer.
There smalls fit a little on the bigger side in most cases.
They email you a lot but its good,... it keeps you in the loop of where your package is.
It takes a long time to get them in,... 3 weeks for most. Some a bit longer.
But that is probably also why free shipping. So can't complain there.
They do ship the items not in one big batch but in small batches.
They come in plastic bags and look nice and professional.
I would attach pictures but it doesn't look like there is the option to do that.
I did do a second order,... got some of the dresses in the new order, so we will see how those ones turn out for me. So all in all,... pretty good experience I have had. A few of the shirts I love and then some are decent but not the best.

I like the prices and the easy shopping. However the sizes were a bit too big for me even though they were small. The shoes were too large.

Easy to purchase; however to receive took too long over 6 weeks.

Website was easy to navigate, selection was good as far as style, price, and availability.

However, I think people should stop manufacturing clothes made from plastic materials (which use fossil fuels such as oil.)

I live in a warm climate (as does much of the world population), and plastic-based clothing holds in heat and the resulting excessive (and uncomfortable) perspiration.

I much prefer cotton (or bamboo.) Skin needs to breathe. (And the world needs to stop consuming fossil fuels.)
