You flashed a 50% off coupon on my screen "JFNLUCKY" however when I put that in, you only gave me the $3.00 discount. Misleading for sure and not appreciated as a shopper.

I did not realize that it would take as long as it did to receive the merchandise.
The site was easy to use.

One thing fit the rest was too big and I was very disappointed that I had to cover the cost of the returns which were more expensive than what I actually bought. The company reimbursed me 18 $

Unfortunately I will never buy from your company again because it doesn't pay if I have to pay to return the stuff. I've never had to do that in any company that I've ever bought clothes from online.

Cheap product, probably not made in USA but China made of polyester. Don't look like pictures. Don't be fooled by cheap prices.

Honesty, items looked better in your photos promoting them than they did in person

Its hard to go back and find what you liked and find that same item. Would be nice to have a like button so you can go back if you don't find something else.
They take forever to get your order to you.

Lots to choose from. The seams are very loose. Easy to shop.

The clothes and shoes are very attractive and the prices are affordable. The sizing charts are unusual and it was very difficult to make final decisions on what size to choose, for the sizes are not standard across-the-board the board... each item has different sizing. I ordered 12 items and find most of them to be baggy on me with matching my measurements to the size charts. Of the 12 items, I only need to ship back 2 items. One item ran exceptionally large even though I ordered a smaller size by the sizing chart, and I would like to exchange it for a Small... I'll let you know how that goes... hopefully smoothly and without extraordinary costs for shipping, etc. The 2nd item is a dress and it doesn't look good on me at all. It hung nicer in the picture. Unfortunately, a lot of the items are really thin material. Some of them were a nice thickness. So the quality varies.

Need more fabric information. Please provide this information.

The tops are not made full for American figures, i. E, size 8 or 10 or even 12.

It was very easy to place this order. I am not that computer savvy.

I ordered according to the sizing chart, my body measurements and the size I generally order. The dress was so Sam, I couldn't get it past my shoulders. A total waste of money, since the dress cannot be returned unless I pay over seas shipping. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Easy to shop but would have liked to be able to select currency to view actual price with taxes in Canadian dollars despite the website being US. Also good to make it clear US sizes vs UK sizes so I am sure to get the right size.

This was my first oIder with Just Fashion Now and found them to be quite efficient. Because they are in the UK, my order may have taken a little longer to arrive than something locally. Let's just say I was very pleased!

I have seen ads for this company and their clothes were unique and pretty. I knew these clothes were made in China, so I ordered one size larger than I usually wear. NOT ONE of the items fit. I couldn't get even get most of them over my head. The fabrics all were of poor quality. Beware of their return policy. I now have eight items that I am going to donate to a thrift store or women's shelter. Maybe someone can use them. Good luck if you decide to buy anything from Just Fashion Now.
