I Typed in The Bay, so thought this was a new part of that store. I was surprised when I found it was in American dollars. This could have been made clear at the beginning. I do not like this type of salesmanship. It is called trickery!
However, I did order 7 items. The first 4 came as scheduled. The remaining three took at least two weeks longer. I worried that the 30 day return offer would expire before I received all of my order.
I corresponded with them but had difficulting getting them to understand my situation. However in the end all the items did arrive on time.
They are offering me 15% of my costs instead of returning all but one item. The rest did not fit me.

I received the order but am very unhappy. I ordered 5 woman's tops. I need to return 3 tops because they are to large. I've tried to get a return mailing strip from you several times and have not heard back from you. If you want me to continue doing business with you, you need to answer my request.

Liked the large selection to choose from.
It was hard to understand how long it would take. Also trying to reach some one. I have been trying to return it. So I have a dress that don't fit.
Not Happy with the overall appearance of the items and also the fit they were rather large.
Clothes didn't look same as online when I got them and it took a long time to get order. I will order again as some tops where really cute

Easy, fast, disappointed I did not realize all the things would be knit poly, a very, very warm fabric. I also do not know why I got two of everything. The shoes were the wrong size. I wear a 9, a long way from the 5 you sent. I am returning some of the "doubles" as soon as we complete our move to a new home next week. I will still probably order from you again at a later date. I am not THAT disappointed.

It was nice looking through all the different styles of clothing that is for the very young but also for different age groups. I'm in my eighties and found some very nice clothes
This dress looks VERY nice, but delivery is slow. Also, it would be nice if the shipping cost will be written in the web site BEFORE I actually buy it. When shipping is added to the cost, the price is no longer that cheap.

I appreciate the good discounts and the fashion. I loved the top. The dress is pretty, but it didn't appear to be ankle length. I thought it was either mid-length or just below the knee, instead it goes all the way to my ankles and I am 5'6" tall.
