It was easy to order but the product looks like something i had sewn myself when i was 12yrs old.no flaws, but looks like sewing machine patterns.

Shopping took too long, and the shipping is too expensive. Plus, it was difficult to track, because the updates seemed like they were days old. I wanted the products I ordered in mid-June to be here by our vacation last week. I never got any updates about when the product would be delivered, so it was sitting on my porch when we returned from vacation.

The products are not as good as it shows in the pictures

It was fine. The order was delivered in a timely manner.

The only thing is the sizing is very confusing on some of the dresses. And I needed this for a specific date -

I have made multiple attempts to get the company to give me the address and other details regarding the process of returning items. To date no one has contacted me. At this rate, the 30 day return rule will make returning items impossible!

This was a replacement item. My original order was too small so i ordered the next size. Received this and it was basically the same size as the one i had originally received. Was very sad because i really wanted this jumper. The fabric was ok but the cut wasnt the same and the XL and 2XL was the same

Am not getting any cooperation in returning items or getting a refund.

Took 3 weeks to receive purchases & the quality was terrible. I needed 2 of the outfits for my daughters birthday but they didn't get here on time. One of the outfits came a month later. Would not order from them again. Very disappointed.

It took longer (over a week and a half) to receive the merchandise. Although the sizing comparison was listed a 2X equaling a 14 was hard to accept I ordered larger than I needed but still sizing was no equivalent also between a 14 and 2X is a difference of 4 US sizes! Marketing and confidence in getting something that fits is very slim and now that I got my first order I have, no - confidence in anything I order. Where is your clothing manufactured? Even China matches US sizes well enough to get a good sizing relation. Quality, acceptable very attractive it is a shame. Leslie

Very bad. Too long a wait (think the merchandise came from Asia by slow boat!).

The shoes I ordered are really cute but are slightly too small. I submitted a request to return them but was discouraged from doing so because it would be expensive to mail them to China--I would have to pay customs fees as well as shipping costs. The shoes had been mailed to me from a U.S. address. I wish I'd had the option of returning them to that same address. As it is, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit properly.

I am appalled at the $37 shipping fee for a couple of cotton items!

Love your styles but they didn't fit right - like i put on the top and they go to the chest right but they don't go on my shoulders all the down are about an inch off them -
