Purchased dress for $28 plus shipping. Too small! Didn't know I had to ship it back to China! It was going to cost $60 to send it back! Got a $7.50 refund. $30 down the drain! I'm 70 years old. I've never experienced anything like this. Heartbroken!

Products are unique and reasonably priced, BUT as I found out the hard way, if you want to return anything you have to pay for shipping back to China AND any duty charges…it wouldn't be worth it. They did offer a 15% rebate for anything that I was needing to send back, and I can keep the items but they don't fit so I guess I'll give them away.

In general I like your tops. Sometimes the tops do not fit to size. My BIGGEST dissatisfaction is the length of time from ordering to receiving the item(s). I will probably stop ordering from you just because I don't want to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my merchandise.

The dresses I purchased are exactly as described. Everything was well packaged and arrived in new/satisfactory condition
I waited and waited for. Af leasf 2 months; to get my order and when I got it, it was the wrong color and too small. I ordered 2 pair of pants and they sent the one pair and never said a word about the other pair; I sent them an email requesting their address for returns and never got an answer.

The two things that I have been surprised about were the fabric and the sizes. But now I understand. It's all about expectation. I imagined a certain fabric and a different one arrived. It wasn't a poor fabric selection, it was just not what I expected. As for sizes, I now see that your sizes run a little bit larger than sizes in the stores. Even when I compare it to the size chart... sometimes I'm still surprised. But now I know and I'll keep it in mind. It's the fitted clothes that I have to watch.

They only refund a small percentage after you ask then 4 times. They are outside the US and make you pay for shipping and still only partially refund. Not worth the trouble.
