I just hope product looks like photo, I believe I have bought here b/4 and the neck line was NOT the same
I did ask to see cotton or cotton combo material. 1/one shirt was cotton, same shirt different collor was not, so living in Florida it was extremely hot for me, so company got my $$$ and I got sweaty

The shoes were not boxed and the postal system managed to get them ugly and twisted. I would have loved them immediately but it took awhile before they shaped up with foot warmth and wearing.

It took one product over 3 weeks to arrive and the 2nd one was over 4 weeks.
Did not know it was made in China.

Items look so nice on the website. Not so nice in person. One month after order placed, I'm still waiting for a dress. You do not have to return items that don't fit, they will send you another size for free. But, if you need to return an item, you have to mail to China. I pd. $18 for cheap sneakers and wanted a refund. $28 to return them. They offered me $4.71 to keep them. Why don't they have a return center in the US? A large is not always a large. Works out well if you like the piece. But if you don't, you won't be getting a refund. They offer you 25% of the price paid as a refund. Customer service was very helpful. Found website hard to find your order. They did have a chat available immediately. Wish the quality was better. If so, I would order again.

... the materials were a lesser quality than the pictures make you believe and when shipped (in a plastic bag!) shoes came dented and wrinkled. No longer new looking and cannot be fixed by stuffing them with newspaper (which they recommended to me) I got a 2.65 cent refund which is a joke.

I bought about 15 items, but after paying the exorbitant shipping and waiting for over a month for my order to be completely shipped, I would say I got maybe 1 thing that I would actually wear. Only one of the dresses was vaguely made of cotton, and I'll wear that one; the other 2 are completely made of polyester so unwearable in the summer... the season for which they were intended. The pants I got 2 pair of are made of OK material, but you would have to be 6'7" for them to be anywhere near the right length... and the cute thing about the pants is the interesting way the bottom of the legs is made. The "gauzy" shirt I bought is thick polyester; the blue necklace I bought was marked "Blue" but was actually green. I'm afraid to wear the sandals I bought because they are so weirdly made that I'm afraid I'll fall off of them... and they are FLATS! In short, I shouldn't have wasted the time waiting for these items to come in one item at a time or the money I spent for shipping. I'm taking all but 1 item to my local consignment shop to sell, although since no one wants thick, heavy polyester, they may not accept all of it.

I didn't receive tracking numbers for first 2 parcels. Only r'cd number for 3rd parcel after I ask for nums, then goods arrived before I got numbers. I stupidly did not read the returns info properly, to find Buyer pays returns postage, three days ago I asked for return address/label still waiting.

I've been offered 15% discount to keep goods, rather than posting back. Now the email has 'disappeared'! So can't accept the offer!

Easy and quick to order, totally different if you have problem ans want to return, it goes to China, the shipping charge is outrages... so I took the offer of 25% refund.

I love the fashion but very difficult to return. I am spoiled by vendors who make returning easy. Did not know it would so difficult plus customer pays for thr postage and how to box it.

I need to return items and still haven't received information regarding it yet. Items look very different than on the website.

My total price kept changing! I put it through PayPal anyway and a day later I received an email that I left items in my basket. When I checked, it was the items I bought the day before but they cost more & deleted them (I thouught) Just now, I went back to my Cart and tried a few more coupons & got the price under $100.00, then I went to PayPal and the price was over $100.00. I don't trust them now, & I'll have to wait to see if they are charging me twice for the same merchandise!

While I ordered 2 shirts of the same size, one fit well and the other was way too big. I had to modify it to fit me.

My order was shipped incorrectly and the company wants me to pay for return shipping to CHINA. I was sent a pair of sandals with two left shoes but my feet come with a left and a right. The cost of shipping probably cost more than the shoes are worth, although I must admit I haven't check out the cost. At this point, I am accepting the fact that I will not be a satisfied customer. I will never order from this website again. I will say to all I know "shop anywhere but JustFashionNow".
